Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M&L for Granite of black / green / imperial red (colour as approved by GE) of any type machine cut as in shelves/steps/counter tops, 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick / rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves

M & L for marble (colour as approved by Accepting Officer) of any type machine cut Marble work 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, partition of kitchen, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs stainless steel plate rack of 600X750X250mm fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair sink without drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick 304 grade kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, PTMT waste 40MM and waste pipe including bedding in cement morter to dwarf wall or including fixing in granite and connecting union to pipe bowl size 535mmx455mmx 203mm glossy finish etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up existing GI tubing & connections and S&F 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, plugs, short lenghts etc. and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors concealed or open of any length complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up existing GI tubing & connections and S&F 20 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, plugs, short lenghts etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore Brass CP kitchen sink mixer for mixing hot & Cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes ccomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X300X7mm in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made 18mm thick acrylic HDHMR board in modular kitchen shutters with 1mm same edge bending on edges for kitchen cabinets/Cupboards etc. including fixed with nut, screws, washers, nails complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Century/Merino or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F factory made 9mm thick both side laminated board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, including fixed with nut, screws, washers, nails complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made 18mm thick both side laminated HDHMR board in modular kitchen carcasse made of minifix joint with 1mm same colour edge banding including fixed with nut, screws and washers fevicol, nails complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge. Make :- Century/Merino or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brickwork with sub-class `B`, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge supplied and fixed on wall ceiling with nails complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate of scaffolding upto 4 stories buidling include in this rate.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling concrete surfaces finishing even without using extra cement and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, and applying three coats of white wash preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
