M & L for taking down the ceiling fan /Exhaust fan /cabin / wall fan/ table fan / pedestal fan of any size from various building/ locations and opening the same for servicing by cleaning each part with air blower/vacuum cleaner and cloths, including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, screws, washers, split pin rubber pad, oiling greasing, writing MES No. of fan with black paint and refixing testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down the ceiling fan /Exhaust fan /cabin / wall fan/ table fan / pedestal fan of any size from various building/ locations including dismantling of the same of any make / model except old vintage, dismantled its stator,rotor, cutting out burnt copper winding and providing new winding with super enamelled copper winding wire existing size including cleaning of slots providing oil impregnated insulation paper or minimax, fibre, insulation in slots and well wraping with cotton tape, bind with cotton thread and varnishing over all with winding varnish as aproved by Engineer - In - charge cleaning of bearing housing and shaft, replacing spares such as split pins, blade screws etc as required incl writing MES No. of fan with black paint and refixing testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following type of fans:

Ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep

Exhaust fan of size 300/375mm sweep

Exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep

Exhaust fan of size 600mm sweep

PVC fresh air fan of size 250mm sweep

Wall/cabin fan of any sweep

Pedestal fan of any sweep from 450 upto 600mm

Table/pedestal fan upto 400mm sweep

M & L for replacement of the following items in repairs :

Gun metal bush for ceiling fan of any make & sweep.

Ball bearing of size 6201/6202/6203/6204 for ceiling /wall /pedestal /cabin /table Exahust fan of any make and sweep. Make : NBC /SKF / TATA.

Rotar shaft for fan.

Condenser 2.5 MFD for fan as required

Condenser 3.15 MFD for fans as required

Condenser 4.0 MFD for fans as required

Flexible wire 23/0.0076 twin core copper conductor

-do- but of size 40/0.0076 three core

MS clamps for down rod complete with nut, bolt and rubber pad, split pin and washer for ceiling fan of any size & make.

Fan blades with screws, nuts and washers for ceiling fans of any make and sweep as required at site.

S & F in replacement Anti suicide fan rod (12") white, MS pipe zinc plated, 19 mm OD, 1.8+/-0.05 mm thick, spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgf + and spring 'hidden in the pipe' will expand to about1 mtr or more, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Gold life or any other equivalent as approved

Supply and replacement down rod for ceiling fans duly painted with synthetic enameled paint 300 mm long 19 mm outer dia with holes on both ends of the rod for connection wire replacement complete.

Supply and replacement down rod for ceiling fans duly painted with synthetic enameled paint 600 mm long19 mm outer dia with holes on both ends of the rod for connection wire replacement complete.

Taking down the existing ceiling fan and deposited to the MES store and S & F Ceiling Fan ( fancy type) 1200 mm sweep, 230 volts, AC, 5 star rating complete with all accessories and down rod all as specified and directed .

S&F condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way fixed with screw on down rod or housing complete all as specified and directed.

S/F Blade Set with frame & four legs of fan with coupling for 300 mm (12") sweep exhaust fan all as Specified and directed.

S/F Blade Set with frame & four legs of fan with coupling for 450 mm (18") sweep exhaust fan all as Specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Wall Fan high speed 400 mm sweep, 230 volts, AC, 1400 ± 50 rpm with speed and oscillation control by pull cords complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement air ventilating fan 300 mm sweep Metallic body, AC, single phase, 230 volts, complete with louvers shutters and including PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement air ventilating fan 250 mm sweep PVC body, AC, single phase, 230 volts, 1200 RPM complete with in-built louvers shutters and including PVC insulated 2 core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing louvers for 300 mm sweep exhaust fan all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing louvers for 450 mm sweep exhaust fan all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fasteners having 08 mm dia bolt for fixing exhaust fans or similar items complete all as specifed and directed.
