Providing & Fixing of Wooden wall pannelling of first class imported wood including the frame work….....as jambs of spacing @600mmof imported wood with touch wood polishing as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing of KHATAM-BANDI ceiling of first-class budloo/fir wood including the cost of frame work with 12 mm plywood as base and having Char Gul pattern & touch wood polishing as per directions of EIC.

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-Charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with Agaria White 18 mm.

Extra for marble stone flooring in treads of steps and risers using single length up to 2.00 m

Extra for pre-finished nosing to treads of marble stone

Providing & laying of stone soling boulders in all carriages at 15% void deduction.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shutering. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement: 4fine sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)(Crushed). Including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloading and stacking complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50×50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire and posts etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all jobs complete.

Providing and fixing Main entry Mild steel gate of required pattern including all fittings and fixtures, welding etc. with priming and painting, all jobs complete as directed by EIC.
