Providing and fixing precast checkered tiles 20mm thick laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including rubbing and polishing.
