(ii) PQC flooring including WMM, DLC, GSB, sand cushioning with polyethylene film, soil stabilization 600mm thick and epoxy polyurethane floor coating in Hanger building shall not form part of lumpsum and shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch `A’/BOQ i.e. Dispersal/Pavement. However, surface preparation for flooring shall be deemed to include in the lumpsum quoted. The contractors shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates.

(h) Manufacturing schedule of the engine manufacturer :- The complete generator set including control panel, base frame, coupling shall be from engine manufacturer and also shall be assembled/ tested at engine manufacturer workshop incise of make M/S Greaves Cotton and Mahindra and Mahindra. But incise of make M/S Kirloskar oil engines and M/S Cummins, the DG set shall be assembled either at the engine manufacturer factory, incase of M/S Kirloskar at one of their twelve authorised GOEMs looking after this regions. the contractor will produce certificate from engine manufacturer/ auth GOEMS that complete generator set has been assembled/ tested at the engine manufacturers/ GOEMs workshop.

Cutting the existing MS Pipe line upto 150 mm dia bore by necessary welding or any other means and insertion of flanged MS/GI Tee for new connection upto 150 mm dia bore complete form work including excavation and earth work for branch connection from the existing MS pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron sluice valve, 150mm dia, class PN-1.6, conforming to IS-14846 of 2000 with non rising brass spindle and flanged ends, equally drilled holes, complete with iron wheel head, mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, packing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron reflux valve (ISI Marked) with by pass arrangement of size 150mm complete with iron wheel head, mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, packing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Communication cable PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volts conforming to IS:694 of size 2.5 sqmm 8 core, complete all as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ( cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 10000 litres including all accessories, all as specified and directed.

Signages of zinc sulphite photo laminated coating 6mm thick acrylic sheet with each signages of size 15 x 30 cm and consisting of signages on off side and arrow on other half with each set of signages as directed by the GE. Each signage shall be made separetely of sheet of size 15x30cm at each exit stair case, manual call box, hydrant etc., complete all as directed.

200mm thick (spread thickness) Granular sub-base (GSB) using Grade-V broken graded stone aggregate 40mm to 60mm size interstices filled laid in single layer, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

100mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix macadam in single layer spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support and form work if required using crushed stone aggregate (granite /trap/basalt) of maximum size 40 mm of grading as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC), Design Mix, 7days compressive strength as 10N/sqmm (using OPC 43 grade minimum 150 kg/cum) usuing graded crushed stone aggregate laid/placed with mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne double drum smooth-wheeled vibrating rollers, complete all as specified.

200mm thick pavement quality control concrete (PQC), design mix, using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength of 45 kg/sqcm using non circular synthetic fibre with minimum length of 12mm @ 0.25% by weight of cement, laid to level gradient and camber including steel form work using mechanised slip form paver using prescribed admixture and finishing the surface by brooming/texturing while concrete is green, complete all as specified. Note: Non circular synthetic fibre shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Forming embankment filling with cement stabilized soil (obtained from excavation) including Spreading leveling,watering, rammimg, pulversing, blending of cement with soil stabilization by mixing with 2% cement by weight through mechanical operation and rolling the mixture and consolidated the surface (600mm thick compted thickness) in layers, each shall not be less than 100mm thick and not more than 150mm thick (compacted thickness) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne vibrator roller to achieve soaked CBR value of minimum 8% and K-value 6.5 kg/ cucm, finishing to required shape and size complete, all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cement shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.

Supply only ordinary portland cement in bags of 50 Kg each, complete all as specified.

Supply only Polyester non circular/triangular synthetic fibres 12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree C and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 of Relaince make confirmity to type III fibre under ASTM-C : 1116 all as specified. Note: Recron 3S shall be purchased only from Reliance Industries, Pucrchase vouchers from any other agency are not acceptable.

Forming Construction joint 10mm wide and 25mm deep, primed and providing 12mm back up rod and debonding strip and top 10mm ( excluding 2 to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with 10 years warranty and MAF + 30% with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommandation, complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Forming Construction/Dummy joint 10mm wide and 65mm deep, primed and providing 10mm back up rod and debonding strip and top 12mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with 10 years warranty and MAF + 30% with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommandation, complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Forming 20mm wide expansion joint through the full thickness (200mm) of the slabs filled with compressible rubber filler board (Silflex dura board HD 100 of supreme make or equivalent) and providing 30mm back up rod and debonding strip and top 15mm (excluding 2 to 3mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with 10 years warranty and MAF + 30% with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendation, (including cutting edges of existing pavements for forming expansion joints between existing and proposed slab if required) complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

400 Micron HDPE sheet over tack coat of 2kg/10 Sqm of VG 10 , complete all as specified. Note:- (i)Minimum overlap should be 150mm in both longitudinal and transvers direction and nothing extra shall be paid to the Contractor for this overlapping. (ii) Cost of tack coat shall be paid separately.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 02 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed..

Preparing newly surfaces and applying two coats of road marking paint, (water based) on pavement surfaces as in centre line marking edge marking, threshold marking, touch down marking (Plan-Alpha) and all other marking complete, all as specified for runway apron,taxiways etc,

Preparing Hanger floor surfaces by removing complete dust, unsound or contaminated materials plaster, oil corrosion deposits or algae, oil and grease deposits by mechanical means such as scrubbers, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture testing machine etc.. Priming the cleaned surfaces with epoxy primer using NITO PRIME-25 not less than 0.20 litre per square metre. Providing 4mm thick self levelling Epoxy floor system consisting of 2mm thick NITO FLOOR EU5 and 2mm thick top coat with Nito FLOOR SL-2000 complete, all as specified and directed by the manufacturer. Notes: (i) The treated surface shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 45 N/mm square and flexural strength 15 N/mm square at 7 days when tested to BS 6319 at 20 degree celcius. It shall be capable of accepting foot traffic at 24 hours and vehicular traffic at 48 hours. The charges for testing shall be borne by the contractor for transpot, materials, machinery and for staff etc. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for non-destructive tests for surface of hangar floor after completion of treatment of Hangar as directed by the GE. (iii) The work of Epoxy polyurethane floor coating shall be got executed by the contractor strictly through the main manufacturers of floor chemicals or through their authorized applicators (if so specifically authorised in writing by the manufacturer) under the supervision/direction of company representative as approved by the Accepting Officer.

(iv) Trade names of one of the manufacturer are specified above. However, equivalent floor chemicals of M/S Fosroc chemicals, M/S Cipy polyurethanes Pvt Ltd, M/S Sika India Pvt Ltd, Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd, M/S Thermax Ltd may be used with prior approval of Accepting Officer.

Sch 'A' Part - XVI (EOT CRANE) Note : This Schedule is not Pre-Priced by MES and the Pre-Priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under col.5 signifies this fact only. Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 Ton capacity 50 mtr span 8 mtr hook lift under slung type pendent operated EOT crane including DSL all as specified complete with operating panels and earthing complete. (Srl item 16.00 Contd) The EOT crane shall also be provided with suitable capacities and No of SQUIRREL CAGE MOTORS for main hoist-01 Nos, Cross travel-01 No, and long travel-02 Nos with suitable VVVF drive. Crane shall also be provided with suitable BRAKING SYSTEMS for main hoist cross travel and long travel and rotary gear type LIMIT SWITCHES for main hoist and two way lever type limit switches for cross and long travel shall also be provided. Drum couplings with suitable dia wire ropes of min tensile grade 1770N/Sqmm connected with 'C' SHANK type hook with safety latch shall be provided. Wheels-04 Nos, 160mm dia running on rail 50 x 50 sqmm for cross travel and 04 Nos, 400mm dia running on rail size 60x60 sqmm for long travel. PLATFORM with full length on each sides of bridge girder with rubber cushioning shall be provided.

Deduct Schedule of Credit for Trees of Rs (-) 158830.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-XVII Lumpsum contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting the credit schedule amount. Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
