METER BOX 1. S & F of sheet metal board with clear sheet top cover for fixing meters complete with wiring, fittings and accessories, locking arrangements and painting of (size adequate for the following equipment, internal wiring and termination of external cables, lugs and glands, indicator lamps and conduits as required, however minimum size 100 cm x 0.70 cm) comprising of the following duly approved :- (a) Incommer 63 A 4 pole MCCB 16 KA -1 No (b) Bus bars 200A TPN & EARTH (c) 32A SP MCB's -06 Nos (For qtr's Meters) as out going (d) Taking out carefully existing Electronic type energy meters single phase 240V upto 40 Ampers 50 HZ, LCD display with class 1.0 accuracy, Meter and refixing in new meter box including connection and testing complete -06 Nos Qty 05 Nos 2. Earthing complete with galvanized iron steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion CI cover, frame including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in earthing pit, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. - 10 nos 3. M & L Sub main wiring with two single core, PVC (FR ) unsheathed cable 4 Sqmm (nominal area) with stranded copper conductor in existing PVC conduit including continuous 4 Sqmm single strand copper conductor PVC( FR ) insulated earth wire and connected to common earth dolly including taking down of existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified - 480 RM ( for Bldg no SP-9 and SP-10 at KB line ) 4. Dismantling the old service wire and supplying, laying, joining, fixing on wall and testing of XLPE cable PVC sheathed LT 1100 Volts grade heavy duty armoured with stranded Aluminium conductor of size 34 sqmm ,4 core complete all as specified - 60 Rm ( for Bldg no SP-18 at WAC Line and SP 10 of KB Line )
