| 1 | M&L for Comprehensive annual maintenance (AMC) of Laundry equipments for opening, inspecting all mechanical/ electrical / electronic circuit connections & taking out the worn out / defective parts including oiling, greasing & alignment of inner gasket shaft, pulley contact set including cleaning the drain system replacing worn out spare parts such as nuts, bolts, washers etc and re-assembling the laundry machine and testing for smooth functioning for the following laundry plant complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Location : At Military Hospital
(i) Washing Machine 18 Kgs capacity - 01 No, (Make : Electolux).
(ii) Washing Machine 60 Kgs capacity - 02 Nos, (Make : Electolux)
(iii) Drying Tumbler of 30 Kgs - 01 Nos, (Make : Electolux)
Note:
(a) AMC work shall be carried out through OEM of the concerned machine only.
(b) Minor spare parts (cost upto Rs 1000.00) as required during maintenance shall be provided by the contractor and quoted shall be inclusive for the same. However major spare parts as required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items (c) Quoted rate shall be incusive for labour cost towards removing old spares and fixing new spares as required for smooth functioning of equipments . | 11 | Each job per month | 1 | ₹11 |
