Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, and for laying of cable or pipes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Precast in reinforced Concrete cable covers Class HV, type B-1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm for HT cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 300 sq mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 33 KV Outdoor type Non-Extensible floor mounted Gas Insulated Switchgear with internal copper bus bars, consisting of with 3 nos motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker as 2 INCOMER & 1 OUTGOING. All live parts, bus bars,VCBs connections, ON-OFF offload switch, Earth switch of of feeder should be enclosed in one tank sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200.The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.The Gas Insulated switchgear should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal kits suitable for 1Cx300sqmm Cable, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for VCB, OFF load switch & Earth switch , Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-1, 100, 200. Supply and Fixing Steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws,11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 55,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
