M&L for general service of package/ cassette type AC unit up to 4.0 Ton capcity installed in any position and location by cleaning outdoor and indoor unit area by blower, cleaning of condensor coil unit, Indoor cooling coil unit with suitable cleaning agents/chemicals, cleaning of filters, cheking electrical wiring, tighting wires apply proper tags, replace copper lugs, insulation tape over bare terminal and trouble shooting for any gas leakage with nitrogen and arresting leakage, recharging with required qty of refrigerant gas, replacement of copper pipe incl necessary brazing works to maintain required temperature and testing complete all as specifed and as directed. Note: (i) Servicing of Acs shall be carried once in three month per AC Unit. (ii) Serive record to be submitted for claiming payment and rate incl of service slip etc. (iii) Refrigerant Gas for filling, Copper pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking down u/s Scroll compressor 4Ton capacity incl disconnect suction and discharge connections, transporting to workshop dismantle the unit by welding cut the outer frame, remove the burnt winding and rewind with super enameld copper wire incl insulation varnishing etc assemble the outer frame by welding,brazing and testing unit tranporting fixing in outdoor unit and testing the AC unit complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for removing old paint and apply one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint outdoor unit as existing colour incl writing letters/marking arrow discharge/suctiuon line ,Indoor cassette unit all as specifed and as directed.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring with 4 X 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 X 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. Note : Four Runs of submain wire and one run of earthing including pvc conduit will be measured as one unit length all as specifed and as directed.
