Repair of DG set engine 100 KVA to 320 KVA by opening / dismantling of engine Head of DG set complete major overhauling and repair replacement of Valve Guide, inlet/ outlet Valve, valve seals,head Gaskets, injectors assemblies, and repair head in Civils workshope and reassemble after repair ,testing, commissioning complete in tht presence of Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling the alternator assembly of DG set of capacity 5 to 82.5 KVA from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection,carrying the same to workshop,dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor field coils and excitor coils,rewinding the stator,rotor and excitor gauge,replacement of insulation material,heat varnishing provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the alternator fully serviceable,reassembling the alternator shifting back to the installation ,assembling the same with engine making electric connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Overhauling of PT (Pressure time) fuel pump by dismantling and segregation all parts, replacement of new parts such as filter screen shut down valve, valve elbow, pulsation clamp, idle adjusting screw, high speed spring, governer plug etc in replacement of existing U/S parts re-assembling the pump after repair/ replacement of parts and testing by celebration as per sample of cap 5 KVA to 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(ii) Any damage cause due to contractormen will be rectified without any extra payment

Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate elect rode 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm size as earthing lead by means of soldering/brazing and bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore up to test point 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:2:4 type BI, RCC cover with suitable handle, earth pit filled with ground enhancing material i.e. mixture of copper sulphate, magnesia sulphate, graphite power etc mixed in equal quantity all around earth plate up to 150 cm and filled with vegetable soil above GEM up to ground level earth work in any type of soil all as required and directed including testing on completion. (i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch A part-IV (Sec-I) . (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department . (iv) vegetable soil from outside to be provided by contractor included in quoted rate Note for item No. 30 to 32 for all type of earthing - (1). Contractor will be responsible for the functionality of earthing pit & its acceptable earth resistivity for 6 month from date of completion of CA. Note - (2) . Eath work & filling of material inside the earh will be carried out in presence of user rep.
