Dismantling of Old 900 mm Dia Sluice valve from rising main system by cutting old, jammed nut bolts, Pipe line with help of gas cutters and heavy manual labour. Taking out sluice valve with long boom hydra Crane using all safety precautions to avoid any accident at site.

Installation of new 900 mm dia motorized valve, MS Gap piece with new nut bolts, rubber packing in existing rising Mains with long boom crane. Making Collar Joint and working window for installation work. The job also involves welding of Flanges and collar of pipeline with welding machine, Gas cutters etc as required by Crane and manual labour with all safety equipment.

Reconstruction of the damaged brick wall of the Sluice Valve Chamber, including plaster etc, which was broken during execution of work.

Making MS Jal over the chamber with MS angle iron frame 65×65×5mm and MS square bars 16 sq mm as per the size of chamber with open able window.

Painting of MS Gap piece, flanges, MS Jal, Foundation etc with enamel paint to prevent it from rusting after applying 2 coats of primer paint.

Testing and commissioning of line & valve on pressure for any leakage after running of pump on full load and making good of any leakage or problem if any.
