Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Ventilation Fan Units, cabinet type. The unit shall be Double skin construction with 25mm thick PUF panel, belt driven centrifugal fan, High efficiency motor, spring vibration isolator for fan and motor, Fire retardant canvass connections, with acoustic enclosure for fan & noise level not exceed 65 dBA at 1.5m distance, internal power and control wiring, GI base frame complete as per specifications as required. Fan motor shall be suitable for 415±10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase or 1 Phase AC supply

Supply, installation, balancing of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per site conditions and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.(0.8mm Thick)

Supply, fixing, testing and balancing of Aluminium powder coated Fresh air and exhaust arrangement with storm proof louvers, volume control damper, MS weld mesh bird screen / mounting frame - 100mm louver spacing and 45 deg angle suitable for protection against splashing rain water fixed within a right aluminium frame.

Supply & fixingof power coated extruded aluminium supply return air grills without VCD

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess,including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modolar socket outlet and 5/6A modular switch,connections ,ect as required.( NOTE: switch & socket will provided at two different loactions)

Supplying and fixing following size/modules,GI box along with modular base &cover plate for modular switches in recess ect as required. (1 or 2 module 75mm x75mm)
