Taking up or down old unserviceable tubing of 25 to 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation and earthwork measured and paid separately).

Transportation of submersible pump and motor set of any capacity and type from the site to civil workshop complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of submersible pump, multi stages of the following capacity examining for worn out/defective parts and removing the parts, cleaning properly and replacement of defect parts with all accessories thereafter reassembling the pump, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed:- Note: The above rates are included the replacement of other parts like, steel ball, rotor shaft, rotor sleeves, thrust bearing block, stator tube, stator end ring, end lamination, upper housing, bearing bush, hook bolts, washers, counter thrust bearing, suitable nut bolts, adaptor and seal for shaft/mechanical seal etc if required for made fuctional of submersible pump .

M&L for rewinding and servicing of submersible motor, electric driven 415 volt 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply with PVC insulated copper wire of suitable/existing gauge, ISI marked, including connected works for rewinding. The scope of job includes dismantling, removal of old winding wire and other parts, cleaning of slots and reassembling complete of the following capacity of pump motors:- Note: The above rates are included the replacement of other parts like, steel ball, rotor shaft, rotor sleeves, thrust bearing block, stator tube, stator end ring, end lamination, upper housing, bearing bush, hook bolts, washers, counter thrust bearing, suitable nut bolts, adaptor and seal for shaft/mechanical seal etc if required for made fuctional of submersible motor.

M & L for taking down carefully electric motor upto15 HP, 3 phase 415 V, 50 HZ, AC from foundtion/ coupling, removal of electric connection, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating the winding with same class of insulation, incl replacment of taper roller bearing, ball roller bearing etc if required, supply and replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rates are included the minor/ major parts which are required to make a motor fuctional complete.

Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit size 90x90x120 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4 PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyound external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock 2 keys . MS sheet cover should be painted with two caats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Star Delta Starter with over load protection 3 phase 415V with complete accessories as per standard specification for operating upto 15 HP submersible pump/motors including necessary connections and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC insulated flat submersible cable with copper conductor 3 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC insulated flat submersible cable with copper conductor 3 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, connection and testing of thermal heater wires on water supply pipe lines (GI/MS/PPR) for heating of water through minimum 25 Watt per meter in spiral/ straight line shape above outer diameter of pipe with aluminium tape insulation to preserve heat, fiber glass layer, second layer of aluminium tap to hold fiber glass by glass wool minimum 40mm thick with essential tapes complete. Make: HTC Chromalox or eqvlt.

Taking out the unservicable insulation to GI/DI/PPR pipe of size 63 mm bore of pipe and providing for Insulation of MS Pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick and applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete including complete earthwork for clearance around the pipe compete all as specifid and as directed.
