Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in hard / dense soil for laying underground pipes etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting / dismantling / pulling out the existing unserviceable 75 mm diameter HDPE Pipe PE100, PN 16 water supply pipeline from approximate span of 720 meter length fixed between two hills i.e. M. Dogri and Samsung more over Pare-Chu River, 750 meter approximate vertical height from river, after careful disconnection of both ends of pipeline including making arrangement for dumping of Steel Wire Rope (SWR) at each side of river (approximately 0.5 to 1.5 km) from road in hilly terrain and deep slope at both sides by manpower for making arrangement for pulling of pipeline with SWR, opening of rings, clamps, nut bolts, UNSV pipelines, etc. and relaying / refixing of complete pipe with replacing UNSV pipes, necessary joints with MS/GI pipe (Nipple) of suitable size as existing with locking arrangement, clamp, nut, bolt etc. with fixing of rings at 1 to 1.5 meter distance of GI/SWR wire at both ends fully tightening the pipe with existing SWR and anchoring with girder with necessary T&P, fixing / laying of pipe line (hanging on SWR) with pulling arrangement from one side to other side, complete commisioning of the job to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as required and directed at site.

Note for item No 4.00 above (i) Rates are inclusive of labour and T&P (required for the job) only, materials shall be measured & paid separately. (ii)Necessary Clamp set, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. shall be measured & paid separately as supply only and the old unserviciable retrieved materials like clamp set, nuts, bolts, washers etc. shall be provided to contractor as schedule of credit under respective items. (iii) Necessary SWR of 8 mm dia & HDPE 75 mm dia pipe shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only and old unserviceable SWR & HDPE pipe shall be issued to contractor as Schedule of Credit. (iv) Necessary insurance for the workers employed at site will be done and to be produced to Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of the job. (v) All the staff employed in the work should be fully experienced to work in such type of hilly terrain.

Supply only HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 16 of dia 75mm including fittings ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing charges are included in item No 4.

Supply only of Steel Wire Rope (SWR) of dia 8 mm (single length) for pulling the pipe by lowering in Pare-Chu river complete all as specified and directed at site. Note: Fixing charges are included in item No 4.

Taking up or down old unserviceable HDPE Pipe of dia 110 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but of dia 90 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but of dia 63 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but of dia 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but of dia 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement for laying of HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100 PN 16 of outer dia 110 mm laid in trenches / surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 12 here-in-before, but except HDPE Pipe. Note:- The serviceable HDPE Pipe shall be used as obtained from Serial Item No. 7 here-in-before.

Material and Labour in replacement for laying of HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 10 of dia 90 mm, laid in trenches /surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 14 here-in-before, but except HDPE Pipe. Note:- The serviceable HDPE Pipe shall be used as obtained from Serial Item No. 8 here-in-before.

Material and Labour in replacement for laying of HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 6 of dia 63 mm, laid in trenches / surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth wrok shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before, but except HDPE Pipe. Note:- The serviceable HDPE Pipe shall be used as obtained from Serial Item No. 9 here-in-before.

Material and Labour in replacement for laying of HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 8 of 40 mm dia, laid in trenches / floor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth wrok shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before, but except HDPE Pipe. Note:- The serviceable HDPE Pipe shall be used as obtained from Serial Item No. 10 here-in-before.

Material and Labour in replacement for laying of HDPE Pipe of Grade PE100, PN 12.5 of 25 mm dia, laid in trenches / floor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth wrok shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 20 here-in-before, but except HDPE Pipe. Note:- The serviceable HDPE Pipe shall be used as obtained from Serial Item No. 11 here-in-before.

Supply only of jointing clamps with internal teeth work for jointing of the two ends of HDPE pipe PE100 PN 16 of dia 75mm with the help of inserting suitable size of GI/MS Pipe including interlocking arrangement of clamps with each other with connecting TMT Bar, nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as required, specified and directed at site. Note: Fixing charges are included in item No 4.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of jointing clamps with internal teeth work for jointing of the two ends of HDPE pipe PE100 PN 16 of dia 90mm with the help of inserting suitable size of GI/MS Pipe including interlocking arrangement of clamps with each other with connecting TMT Bar, nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as required, specified and directed at site.

All as per item No - 23 above but for size 110 mm and inserting HDPE pipe of dia 90 /110 mm, complete all as required, specified and directed at site.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 50 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Zoloto, Laxmi, BIR.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Butterfly valve of 80 mm size, PN-16 suitable for filtration plant, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Zoloto, Laxmi, BIR.

Material and Labour for disconnecting, dismantling, cleaning, and replacing complete filter media, reassembling, and painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint on/of water filtration plant of capacity 22000 LPH complete all as specified and directed. Make: Chemtron.

Supply and Fix in replacement of PUF insulated tank of capacity 500 Litre vertical type double layer dully filled with puf insulation of superior quality to resist in temperature -30 to +35 degree celcius alongwith hinged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specifications:- (a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material. (b) Outer 4 mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank. (c) Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75 mm. (d) Minimum density of PUF insulation shall be 44 kg per cum + 10% complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 above but of capacity 1000 Litre, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for disconnecting and dismantling unserviceable mono block pump set complete from foundation and transporting to workshop to carry out repair such as re-winding of motor with super enameled copper winding wire, replacement of bearings and repair of pump with replacement of unserviceable impeller, water pump seal, bush, bearings etc. and getting back on site & refixing on site to make it operational of following capacity complete all as specified and directed:-

Mono block pump 5 HP

Mono block pump 3 HP

Material & Labour for draining out, cleaning of complete zinc tank of capacity 22230 Litre by employing suitable skilled labour and chemicals including required T&P and necessary cleaning materials complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 31 above but for RCC tank of Capacity 50000 Litre, complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The total of contract sum shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 66,027.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
