Earth work in hard soil for excavation of foundation including dressing and levlling the bed and depositing the soil within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost of sand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size h.g. metal as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Ist Class K.B.Brick (25cm x 12 cm x 8 cm ) having crushing strength not less than 75kg./cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth.

CC(1:2:4) in foundation and plinth

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size h.g chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false work and dismentling them after casting including cost of materials complete in roof slab & Chajja. .

Labour cost for cutting, bending and binding of M. S. rod placing in position including cost of M. S. rod.Qty. @ 0.9% of R. C. C. work or 1.40qtl @ 78 qtl / cum

Labour charges for lettering the display board in black colour , yellow back ground painting including the cost of materials.

Filling F & P with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for laying and jointing of 200mm dia PVC Pipe including carriage from stacking yard to site.

Provision for M. S. bolt for foundation 4 nos and MS hook for handling of FF
