Modernization and replacement of summer gate (4500mm X 2000mm) of Head works. Design, fabrication, supply, transportation, erection, testing and commissioning of 1 no summer gate. a.) Dismantling of complete structure i.e., shed, MS platform, existing gear mechanism, extraction of counter weights, extraction of gate, extraction of damaged embedded parts, etc from Head gates of New Pratap Canal. The job includes crane charges, tools and tackles, carriage of the dismantled components to safer place, etc. b.) Gate Assembly for Summer gate – Design, Fabrication, Supply, Transportation, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 01 No. Summer gate (4500mmX2000mm) with consisting of skin plate, stiffeners, horizontal girders,Girders,rollers, pulley, pulley supports bracings, lifting lug, bracket, rubber seals (musical note type 100mmx45mmx15mm, Flat type 100mm x16mm uncladded as per IS 11855), clamps plates, first stage embedded parts, second stage embedded parts where ever required etc., as per relevant for Vertical gates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, bending, aligning, anchoring, welding, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc., finishing, cleaning, applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 70± 5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 150±5 microns per coat thus total dry film thickness of all coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns., complete as per specifications and approved drawings complete, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials. c.) Labour charges for removal of existing damaged embedded parts of Gate after cutting of bolts with gas cutter, providing holes in new rubber seal insertion of sleeve and fixing over gates with nuts, blots, washer, etc. including cost of gas (LPG and Oxygen) cylinder, etc. Providing high tensile MS nut bolts of required size and type. Oiling and greasing of Gate including all charges of men and material complete which include applying Cardium compound to wire ropes, oiling & greasing, etc. d.) Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of hoist platform with Structural steel Trestle & hoist Bridge consisting of columns, beams, bracings, stiffeners, ties, embedded parts, chequered plate covering, hand railing, ladder etc., with all other accessories for operating gate, other structure including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, tools and tackles, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three coats of approved synthetic enamel paint etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials. e.) Strengthening, fabrication, and erection of structural steel framework for existing damaged shed/canopy of (40 ft x 35ft x 20ft) approx. including MS columns(ISMB 200-250), rafters(ISMB 200-250), trusses (ISMB 100-150), bracings, base plates, galvanized corrugated sheets( colour coated) (min. thickness 0.8mm), gussets, and necessary welding/bolting as per approved design and drawings. The job also includes provision for proper illumination of the premises with light including fitting under the shed and for all three gates. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, fitting charges, civil work charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of tools and tackles. f.) The job includes complete Design, Design calculations and Drawings of gate assembly for Summer gate (4500mm X 2000mm) and vetting by IIT Roorkee.

Extension of embedded parts up to top height for lowering of shutter pieces including first stage and second stage embedded parts including all material like roller track, sliding angle, guide Tees, complete with necessary concreting approved as per engineer-in-charge. d.) The job includes complete Design, Design calculations and Drawings of gate assembly for Stoplog gate (4500mm X 4500mm) and vetting by IIT Roorkee.

The job includes providing and fitting of Rope drums, connecting shaft, using existing Gear system wherever required, Reduction gear system, Electric motor, Electro- magnetic brake system, Control panel, Pulleys, Gate position indicator, Limit switch with inbuilt manual operating system, etc. Complete with all accessories for operating gate including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, greasing, oil filling, tools and tackles, applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three coats of approved synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as per specification and approved drawing. Including packing & forwarding. Transportation charges for all materials. b.) The job includes complete Design, Design calculations and Drawings of all Electromechanical components for electrically motor hoist 15 Ton capacity rope drum hoist for Summer gate (4500mm X 2000mm) and vetting by IIT Roorkee. These electromechanical components comprise of hoisting assembly, EOT cranes, rope drums, supporting structure, trusses, automatic lifting beam, gear box, etc.

Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Automatic lifting beam with all accessories, like automatic detach / attach system, hooks / rollers, guides, pins complete for handling, lowering and lifting including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and tackles, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and two coat of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc. complete as per specifications i.e. Lifting beam Girder from IS 400-600,MS IS 2062 Screw rod EN24/EN8 steel, Trapezoid thread, chrome plated, uplift at 200/min, high-torque gear box ,Position Indicator, Stroke length- 5000mm( with margin),Gearbox worm/helical gear reducer,ratio-40:1 or as per torque need, limit switches 2 nos adjustable, control panel start/stop, forward/reverse , overload protection, equipped with hooks and links for automatic engaging and disengaging , PLC compatible, design load parameter, Gate leaf app weight 8- 10 Ton and approved drawings, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials. c.) It includes complete Design, Design calculations and Drawings of all Electromechanical components for 15 Ton EOT crane double Girder for stoplog gate and vetting by IIT Roorkee.
