S&F in repair 15 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing galvenised, 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls, concealed including cutting chases in walls etc and taking up or down steel water tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing galvenised, 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls, concealed including cutting chases in walls etc and taking up or down steel water tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 3 layer white colour water tank, non- toxic effect, algea formation protection (made from Virgin grade of polyetylene material which is duly stablized with anti-oxidentPlastic) of capacity 1000 litres, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top,specific wt shall be 25 gm/ltr), the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth, clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer, 20 mm dia PTMT valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball and 20 mm brass stop cock etc including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

.M&L for Repair to leakage/seepage in sunken portion of WC/Bath/Kitchen from outside area duly taking down bituminous membrane of any sort suitable upto the broken trap/pipe type of any description and rectifying the leakage from joint with cement sand mortar and replacement of CI/PVC trap/bend/joint/Pipe/TEE/CI/ WC and make good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed

M&L for exterior painting work including complete rmoval of existing treatment and rubbish material till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3 mm where required and make good/smooth with 1.5 to 2mm thick wall care putty the surface with silicon additives and sanding surface for removal of loose particle and applying one layer of Smart care waterproof primer ( Damp prime suprima) on walls and chajjas with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti_algal properties (Apex ultima suprima) complete all as specified and directed .
