Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix, cable junction box of size 210mmx310mmx116mm thermoplastic kit with aluminium bus bar 02Nos. And MCB 6Amps, 10KA, 'C' curve, MS strip of size 25mmx4mm, made to shape, duly painted with anti-corrossive paint and bolts, nuts etc. for fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping to parapet walls, electric poles etc., weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered including use waste and necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, steel water tubing of 40mm dia bore, light grade, galvanised, with all standard fittings, laid in trenches, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work as required will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, factory made (CPRI approved), LT bus bar Chamber of suitable size, cubical, outdoor type (Kiosk), weather proof, dust proof and vermin proof, IP-65 protection, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS CRCA sheet mounted on frame of appropriate size angle iron, welded on 50mmx50mmx6mm size angle iron frame & having four Nos legs made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm size of angle iron - 75cm long each welded below frame, front & back openable with front double door having locking arrangements, bottom space for cable entry, provision of glands, with aluminium bus bars 300Amps rating for three phase & one neutral, suitable size, duly sleeved with relevant colour code insulation including 01No incoming MCCB 160Amp, 25KA, powder coated inside and outside after anticorrosive treatment, legs embedded in ground in PCC (1:2:4) bed blocks of size 30cmx30cmx30cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Drawing for LT Panel/Bus bar to be approved by Engineer-in-charge before placing the order.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made & tested including CPRI approved, LT Panel board outdoor type, suitable for 415Volts 3phase 4wire 50Hz AC supply having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 300amp rating installed on pocelain insulators, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP66 protection & made out of MS CRCA quality sheet 3.15mm thick, and 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame with 04 Nos legs 75cm long made out of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, legs embedded in PCC (1:2:4) having bottom of the panel at height of 45cm above ground level, duly powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer inside (after anticorrosive treatment (7tank) front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangements, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked of adequate size, including taking out old and removal, the scope of work comprising the following also:-

INCOMING: (a) MCCB 250 Amp, 35KA, 4 pole - 01 No OUTGOING: (a) MCCB, 160 Amp, 16 KA, 04 Pole - 04 No's (b) MCCB 63 Amp, 16KA, 4 Pole - 02 No's (c) LED indicating lamp-01 set of three(Red, Yellow & Blue) (d) Multifunctional digital meter with CTs & PTs of suitable size & Type indicating Volts, Amperes, PF, KW, KVA including energy meter - 01 No. Note :- (i) All incoming and outgoing feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50mm size letters in synthetic enamel paint.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road/PCC/hardstanding/pavement drain for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for dressing of LT panels/Bus bars by excavating the cable loop, dressing of cable properly by cutting the damaged part and dressed with insulation tape, thimble, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing points of outdoor panel boards and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

M&L for cable route indicator made out with 300 x 300 x 300 mm thick PCC block of 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20mm graded aggregate and embossing LT indicator made out with MS / CI round shaped sheet welded with 200 mm long MS flat iron including 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to iron surfaces fixing at different cable routes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable route indicator made out with 300 x 300 x 300 mm thick PCC block of 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20mm graded aggregate and embossing HT indicator made out with MS / CI round shaped sheet welded with 200 mm long MS flat iron including 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to iron surfaces fixing at different cable routes complete all as specified and direc ted by Engr-in-charge. Note: Schedule of credit for Rs 75,100.00 to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
