In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned in the BOQ. Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road.
