Procurement for the Supply of Pole Vault Bed to Sri Kanteerava indoor Stadium for the year 2025-26.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Experience of having executed at least one similar type of work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the tender in any one of the last Three years. Notarized Copy of the work order and Satisfactory completion certificates issued by the purchaser for having executed at least one similar type of work of value not less than Rs. 5.00 lakhs value in any one of the last Three years.

Should be a registered entity (A) In case of manufacturer, experience for having supplied at least 80PERCENT of the quantity of the item similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirement. Notarized Copy of the Certificate of Registration.1. Notarized Copy of the satisfactory completion certificate issued by a purchaser in any one of the last Five years, showing the quantity of the items purchased. 2.Details of the experience for having supplied the sports materials shall be furnished in the annexure-1.

B) In case of authorized representative, experience for having supplied at least 30 PERCENT of the quantity of the item similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirement 1.Notarized Copy of the Authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer. 2.Notarized Copy of the satisfactory completion certificate issued by a purchaser in any one of the last Five years, showing the quantity of the items purchased. 3.Details of the experience for having supplied the above items shall be furnished in the annexure-1.

Solvency certificate of not less than 30% value of the tender. Notarized Copy of the Solvency certificate issued by a Scheduled Bank for an amount not less than Rs. 30.00 lakhs obtained after the date of notification of this tender.

Declaration on a Rs. 50/- stamp paper. Declaration on a Rs. 50/- stamp paper by the authorized signatory undertaking that 1.They agree to abide by the conditions of the tender. 2.The firm is not blacklisted by the Government of any State in India or Government of India. 3.The tenderer undertakes to extend warranty and free service as per the tender conditions.

Proof for having submitted the samples before the deadline for submission of the tender Acknowledgement for having received the samples by the Tender Inviting Authority.

Local Establishment: Having the establishment and functioning of the firm within the State of Karnataka for at least five years preceding the notification of this tender. Notarized Copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority (BBMP, Municipality etc.) for having the establishment and functioning of the firm within the State of Karnataka for at least five years preceding the notification of this tender with filing of GST returns as proof of business transaction.

Annual Turn over In case of Tenders with a value more than Rs100.00 lakhs, minimum Annual Financial Turn over shall not be less than two times the tender value in at least two financial years in the last Three financial years. Notarized Copy of the Annual Turnover Certificates issued by Chartered Accountant for a minimum annual turnover amount of Rs. 20.00 lakhs in at least two financial years in the last five financial years.

GST Clearance for the previous financial year. Notarized Copy of the Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Filing of Income Tax Returns in the last three financial years. Notarized Copy of the Income Tax Returns filed in the last three financial years.
