Material and labour for carefully opening the motor of compressor for repairs and servicing by shifting to local work shop, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity, heating applying shellac varnish to the windings, replacing insulating materials as required baking up and assembling back including replacing the bearings bushes using hydraulic pressure for 12.50 HP capacity 380/415 volt, 3 phase 50 HZ all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & Dismantling the old Power cables, Circuit wiring and controlling accessories like MCCBs, Contactors , relays and timers from the existing pannel board of 20TR capacity AC plant replacing the power cables and circuit wiring with 10 sq mm and 4 Sq mm stranded copper cables including repairs/ replacing Contactors, timers and Relays. (Note:- Contactor ML1.5, ML 2, ML 3, Timers and relays will measure and paid separately under respective items of schedule.)

Material and Labour for painting with super Synthetic enamel paint two coats after cleaning and scrapping out the surface as required to machineries and accessories of the central air conditioning plant entral type 3x20 TR including one Nos. AHUs , condensor 03 Nos , compressor-03 Nos ,compressor motor -03 Nos ,Pump-02 Nos,LT Panel, Liquid line, discharge lines , suction line approx 25 mtr complete complete all as directed

M & L for descaling the condensers units of AC Plant capacity 3x20 TR after dismantling the inlet and out let of water/refrigerant gas connections and circulating descaling HCL acid/chemical with help of external pump, brushing the condenser tubes removing the scale neutralizing the base of tubes by circulating neutralizing agent replacement of rubber gasket for the end covers of the condenser removing the dummies connecting the water pipe line /refrigerant connections, removing the air,including refilling the removed refregerant(R 22) gas, leak testing checking gas pressure and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning to FRP base of cooling tower 3x20 TR capacity by dismantling coupling cooling fan, draining out of water, removing algey, silt etc, cleaning & servicing of mechanical components and welding to cross members and frame bracing components incl repair/over hauling the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position, complete all as directed.

M&L for pressure testing and rectifying the leakages found in the system of 3x20 TR capacity including vacumizing and charging of the refrigerantgas to the desired pressure etc using nitrogen complete for satisfactory functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: Topping up of gas (R22) if required will be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal gate valves 50mm with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe of 3x20TR all as specified and directed

M&L for repair to chilled water Split casing pumpset of 12.5 HP for 2x120TR plant by disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the U/S pumpset from MS foundation, opening the pump, remelting the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and including carrying out complete repair / replacement /servicing of damaged parts i.e. bearings bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling cleaning of impeller assembly etc and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, testing and commissioning for smooth operation complete all as directed.

All as per Item No 60 above but of Condenser water Split casing pump set of capacity 7.5 HP complete all as directed.

Matrerial and labour for servicing of chilled Water cooled type cooling coil of AHUs of capacity 2400 to 3200 CFM/26-39GPM including cleaning of complete AHU and cooling coil with necessary chemicals/caustic soda liquid of required quantity, and giving final water wash and refixing the same,cleaning and drying of suction / disharge filters,blower and all accessories including replacement of connected canvas cloth of existing type between AHU and duct all as directed.

All as per Item No 63 here-in-above but for AHUs of capacity 3500 to 9800 CFM/52-96 GPM of chilled Water cooled type.

Dismantling the side cover of existing cooling tower carefully without damaging the other portion of cooling tower removing unserviceable PVC frills (130 Nos) carefully from cooling tower, and fix new PVC frills for cooling tower of 2x120 TR capacity including replacement of unserviceable bolts and Nuts etc of supporting media all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Condenser water pipe line of size 125 mm dia MS pipe of medium grade class 'B' black in colour all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs of Condenser water pipe line of size 150 mm dia MS pipe of medium grade class 'B' black in colour all as specified and directed

M&L for removing/cutting existing old rusted MS pipe line of size 125/150 mm to the required length and fixing new line in the existing position with necessary welding jointing fixing with suitable size/nos flanges, gaskets including bolts nuts washers complete on requisite PCC bed of suitable size and height as directed by Engineer incharge and painting of pipes with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rates are deemed to be included for providing necessary PCC work (ii) length of new pipe will measured and paid seperately under relavant item 66 & 67 above

Supply and fix inreplacement pvc sprinkler set assembly as in existing make/ type/size of FRP cooling tower suitable for 2x120 TR capacity including removing of unserviceable sprinkler set with fittings/fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mixed cement concrete (1:3:6) type M10 using 12.5 mm graded coarse aggregate for base to cable tray complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete cleaning of ducts by using HEPA filtered vaccum unit to create negative pressure in the duct system, by placing the same outside the accupied space by using variety of tools to agitate and loosen the dust, which shall be then drawn into the vaccum unit and contained therein. the cleaning should be done by using robotic video camera for cleaning the hard to reach areas, which are out of reach for most duct cleaning equipments. Access cutting can be made, if required and shall later be refitted with screw and sealant. All floors and furnishing where the work will be carried on shall be covered and complete care shall be taken to avoid minimum amount of cross- contamination. upon completition of work the system shall be sanitized by fogging the ducts to ensure all mold and bacteria spores and foul smell is eradicated the entire process shall be caried out with Air compressor with bib, pneumatic air whips and power jobs, Rotary brush Drum vaccum wit pipe. Negative machine HEPA and 10" hose pipe and Robo camera with control unit. All clening agents/chemicals used shall be inaccordance with the regulation and shall be certified for use in the respective system for the following AC Plants located at various location in CHAFB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
