REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LIGHTENING PROTECTION OF HIGH RISE STORE YARD EARTHING AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS OLD CANTT AREA UNDER GE GANGTOK

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable/ foundation of pole and getting out in loose/hard /rocky soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete as specified and as directed.

M& L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked all fittings , laid in trenches under road or fixing on wll/pole/crossing nallah, etc of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L GI Strip 32x 6 mm burried in ground / laying on wall / roof / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic / epoxy wall insulator white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron wahsers alone galvanised iron nut 50mm height,65 mm dia for 550 including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate electrode not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to including galvanised iron strip size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point including provision of earth strip protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with RCC cover, CI frame, char coal, salt & funnel etc complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Rate to be considered for earth strip to be fixed 7.5 m long. including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for mild steel work as in angle iron of required shape to support to fencing at a distance along the lengh of fence where required or as directed in an uniform manner , cut to required length and including drilling, bending,welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix acrylic glow sign board with LED light fittings GI frame double framed box type including embosed lettering and symbols / signs as specified by engineer in charge with suitable wiring ,arrangement,MS frame works fixing anchor fastners PCC,each board complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) , each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of vegetation growth/grass etc in and around the structures/panel boards etc the structure/panel board/subsation complete in a presentable manner and removing the same from site and clear the road/path etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spray glycol chemical approved quality for prevention of weed growth grass in outdoor sub stations/structures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install vertically steel tubular swaged poles Type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with CI base plate including taking down old unserviceabe pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected with GI Strip 25X4 mm dia means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron to earth test point all as specified or indicated including necessary excavation and earth work any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) watering funnel, GI tubing 20 mm for watering all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part 1 complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rate quoted included the cost of earthwork , GI protection & GI strip from earthpit to LT panel upto 15 mtr.

S&F of street light terminal boxes made out with SMC material, shock & dust proof of inside size 300x200x105mm as per IS and including 20 Amp, TPN busbar fixed on insulators, 01 No 10Amp, SP MCB, earth termination with nuts & bolts and including 02 sets of flat iron 25x6mm clamps of suitable size with nuts, bolts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing of LT panels/Feeder piller box of any size by complete cleaning of panel and bus bar at chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing of haevy duty hinges/Locking Handles/latches and necessary nut, bolts, washers/Leads/busbar and made it completely functional for open/close and incl checking of incoming and out going cable connections, Re-fixing of existing Cables, ACBs & MCCBs, and repair to connected PCC foundation and frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring of LT panel/Feeder with suitable size of FRLS cable but not less than 1.5 sqmm, replaceing of various unserviciable ON/OFF switches, lugs/Gland/Base plate/indicating Lamp/CT Coil etc making the panel fully functional including numbering the LT panel/feeder box and marking on panels (incoming and locations of outgoing MCCBs), to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT panel of sqmtr not less than 20 sqmtr by spraying two coats of epoxy based weather proof paint of ivory after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface along with necessary lettering on incoming & outgoining ckts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT panel of sqmtr not less than 10 sqmtr by spraying two coats of epoxy based weather proof paint of ivory after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface complete along with necessary lettering on incoming & outgoining ckts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of chequred plate of sqft not less than 5 sqft by spraying two coats of epoxy based weather proof paint of black after cleaning of rusty plate surface of both upper and lower by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of Stone aggragerate and removing of sand mud. Debris/ weeds and plants from the agraggate and relaying at the removed place complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay graded stone aggregate of 63mm size underneath of 4 pole/2 pole/transformer yard all as specified and directed by taking down the damaged / powdered stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing galvanised chian link 50 x 50 mm , 3mm guage fencing of height 2 meters from GL right arround the 11 KV 2pole structure/ transformers structures with ms angular of size 60 x 60 x 6mm thick duly painted with a coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint grouted with post holes and PCC at span of every meter distance around along with 1 mtr width hinged gate and providing of slag brick work of 2 feet height ( one feet below and one feet above Ground level with proper basement and plastering the surface with (1:6) ratio right arround the fencing complete all as specified and as directed.
