MAF to be submitted as per format in RFP
The bidder should have executed single order value of Rs 4.2 crores or Two order of 2.1 crores each, or 3 orders of 1.40 each for supply & installation of Modular UPS to any of the Data Centres of Govt of India/SDC/PSU//Enterprise in the last 5 years as on bid date.
The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender.
The Bidder should have at least one permanent/working office in Bengaluru. Self-Certificate issued by the HR head of the bidder organization.
The bidder should have a positive net worth for the last 3 financial Years 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25)Auditor / Charted Account certificate for net worth for 3 years.
The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy. Declaration in this regard by the authorized signatory of the bidder should be attached.
The annual turnover of the Bidder during each of the last 3 financial years 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25) shall not be less than Rs. 10 (Ten crores).Duly Certified Turnover statement by the auditor of the company or Charted accountant
Bidder should have valid ISO 9001 OR 20000.
The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by Board or Head of the Organization
