Repair/Maintenance of 914 mm dia dresser/flexible compression coupling fitted with the Rising Main at LIS Raya by way of opening/cutting of rusted/damaged studs and nuts 22 Nos. Pulling out dresser coupling rings from both sides and extracting damaged V-type gaskets from grooves. Complete cleaning of internal body and grooved surfaces where V type gaskets are to be fitted with chemical and scrubbers to remove rust and other foreign material on it. Strengthening the weak/cracked portion of the dresser coupling rings by welding using suitable welding electrodes and finishing it to required shape and size. P/F of new V type gaskets fabricated out of high quality rubber, 6 running meter (i.e.3mtr.for each side) as per sample. Fitting/tightening of both side rings by p/f of new 22 nos. studs along with nuts fabricated out of high carbon steel as per sample in proper alignment with rising main. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro carriage charges with rebate if any should be quoted sepertaly. Complete job. RD no-1750

Repair/maintenance/servicing to 2No’s Vacuum pumps –motor set (7.5hp ) by way of dismantling of vacuum pump and motor set (7.5hp) catering to unit no. 1 to 6 and subsequently shifting to workshop for repair by way of extracting the rotor from the stator followed by cleaning of casing, rotor etc. With cleaning chemical to remove dust, dirt and carbon etc. Complete 3-phase re-winding of 36 slot stator with same pattern and turns of wiring as per sample. Varnishing of rotor/stator windings with 2 coats of superior quality varnish. Providing/fitting of 2 no. new ball bearings as per sample to DE and NDE in lieu of old damaged/worn out one. Shifting of the repaired motor to the site and its fitment with vacuum pump. Replacement of worn-out coupling along with rubber bush in 2 no’s unit by way of replacing defective/worn out components in place of old/damaged one. Complete job includes the cost of all the material, transportation, installation, labour and other miscellaneous charges at LIS Raya with rebate if any should be quoted seperatly.Rebate if any should be quoted separately.
