PROVN OF HOT WATER GENERATOR FOR CERTAIN BLDGS AT BB CANTT, SRINAGAR IN THE AOR OF AGE E/M AND AGE B/R-III UNDER GE 864 EWS

OIL FIRED BOILER :- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of oil fired boiler type hot water generator system using operating media as fuel Kerosene/HSD oil based system of rated capacity 2,00,000 Kcal/hrs. at MSL unit complete set and with having three pass reverse flame combustion chamber, fire tubes and equipment like automatic type monoblock burner assembly set with suitable using and smooth running/operating for oil fired boiler type hot water generator system of rated of capacity 2,00,000 Kcal/hrs. at MSL unit system along with having heating tubes, temperature controller, sequence controller, photo cell for flame failure, HT transfer electrodes, blower assembly, thermostat, pressure gauges/temperature gauge and air release valve for inlet & outlet pipe line connection attachment system. The hot water generator system shall properly maintain of hot water inlet temperature, out let temperature from 55 degree to 65 degree centigrade/Celsius The generator combustion chamber shall be insulated with fiber glass/ elastomeric insulation with aluminium foil insulation wool housed in the powered coated/prepainted sheet metal casing/body complete all as specified and directed. (b) Before installation of hot water generator unit , the contractor have to produce the OEM manufacturer test certificate and purchase voucher before to GE / Engineer In Charge for their further direction and necessary action. (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusion of provision of necessary PCC/RCC/MS base frame foundation work for installation of chimney, pump motor, boiler, tank, panel etc. and other equipments as per specified by OEM.

All as per serial item No. 1 here-in-before, but Oil Fired Boiler type hot water generator system of rated capacity 150000Kcal/hrs at MSL.

HOT WATER CIRCULATION CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning and including designing of monoblock centrifugal pump with motor system and with having operating electrically driven type of required rating capacity and with having water lifting head at 15 to 20 Mtr and discharge flow rate of capacity 250 LPM and including pump motor having mechanical seal bearing for holding temperature upto 90 ºC of hot water and suitable used for hot water circulation system complete alongwith connected fixing accessories and also providing and making with inter connecting ring man piping lines system for using of both plants alternative attachment system to each other and also providing foundation work and duly fixing it upon the MS/PCC/RCC base frame framing work all as specified and directed. HOT WATER RE CIRCULATION PUMPS:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning and including designing of thermostatic return circulation/ monoblock centrifugal pump with motor system and with having operating electrically driven type of required rating capacity and with having water lifting head at 6 to 12 Mtr and discharge flow rate of capacity from 40 LPM to 60 LPM and including pump motor having mechanical seal bearing for holding temperature upto 90 ºC of hot water and suitable used for hot water re circulation system complete alongwith connected fixing accessories and also providing and making with inter connecting ring man piping lines system for using of both alternative attachment system to each other and also providing foundation work and duly fixing it upon the MS/PCC/RCC base frame framing work complete all as specified and directed. HYDROPNEUMATIC  WATER SUPPLY PUMPS:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning and including designing of monoblock centrifugal pump with motor system and with having operating electrically driven type of required rating capacity and with having water lifting head at 10 to 20 Mtr and discharge flow rate of capacity 200 LPM and including pump motor having mechanical seal bearing etc. and suitable used for water supply system complete and also providing of suitable rating capacity of VFD drive with panel for speed/pressure control pump are fitted with high quality hydro pneumatic pressure tank with butyle rubber bladder and pressure sensor are design automatically through control panel for modulation of speed on opening & closing system to maintain constant water pressure complete set and providing and making with inter connecting ring man piping lines system for using of both plants alternative attachment system to each other along with providing of connected fixing fitting/fixture accessories like pressure gauge , pressure cut out switch, NRV , butterfly valve, Y strainer etc. and including making of foundation work and duly fixing it upon the MS/PCC/RCC base frame framing work complete all as specified and directed. FLUE GAS EXHAUST PIPE:- Supply and installation of MS flue gas exhaust pipe (chimney) made out /fabricated of 3 mm thick MS sheet, minimum 1.2 mtr above the highest point of the plant room along with supports and including connection from hot water generator to main vertical exhaust pipe fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet (connection from boiler to gas exhaust pipe chimney system). The item shall be complete with the mounting/ fixing arrangement. The Hot Water generators shall be connected to a independent flue gas exhaust pipe of suitable size as per OEM manufacturers guide lines. The item shall be complete with mounting/fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

TRANSFER GEAR OIL PUMPS:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transfer gear oil pump self priming Flame Proof motor with pump rotary type transfer gear oil pumps and with having operating electrically driven type of required rating capacity and with having diesel lifting head at 10 Mtr and discharge flow rate of capacity 40 LPM complete with mechanical seal bearing ,coupling with guard,TEFC and other accessories etc. and suitable used for lifting of diesel circulation system complete alongwith connected fixing accessories and also providing and making with inter connecting ring man piping lines system for using of both plants attachment system and also providing base frame, foundation work and duly fixing it upon the MS/PCC/RCC system complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of day oil storage tank Kerosene/ HSD day oil service tank made out of MS sheet and making it as rectangular shape type with MS construction work for storage capacity of 1000 Litres complete alongwith making inlet, outlet, overflow, drain and vent, removable lid and stage mounting arrangement in system. The tank will be made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet along with supporting structure to keep tank base at minimum (1000 mm) above FFL service plat form will be provided. The tank should be provided with level indicator pipe and level chart marking system on the tank and structure will be painted with two coats of red oxide paint and duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

INSULATED  HOT WATER STAINLESS STEEL CALORIFIED STORAGE TANK:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of insulated hot water stainless steel calorified storage tank, cylindrical with dish end pressurised insulated stainless steel hot water storage calorified tank of storage capacity 2000 Liters and made out of 4 mm thick SS sheet grade 304L with 5 mm end plates with in built stainless steel heat exchanger of capacity 125000 K cal/hrs as per size and also providing of electrical heater back-up with thermostat automatic control panel system complete alongwith inlet, outlet, return connections, M.S pedestal, suitable size, temperature gauge and safety automatic cut of feature alongwith duly insulated with 50mm thick PUFF/ Nitrile Insulation & foil cladded complete as specified. Testing Pressure 5 Kgs/sqcm, operating pressure 2.5 Kgs/sqcm, hot water outlet temp 55 degree to 65 degree centigrade /Celsius & hot water storage capacity 2000 litres cold water Inlet & hot water outlet Electric heater back up of 9/6 KW Heaters as per size with Automatic control panel, safety valve of size 25 mm 1 No also including providing of HDPE overhead expansion tank for primary circuit of tank capacity 200 Litres with all connected fitting and fixing accessories as per OEM specifications / recommendation complete all as specified and directed. (b) Before installation of calorified tank system the contractor to have submit the OEM manufacturers test certificate for hot water storage calorified tank along with warranty card & purchase voucher GE/Engineer In Charge for their direction & necessary action.
