9.147C.2 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement / casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame , sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size accoring to UPVC profile), UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket , zinc alloy (white powder coated ) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear , cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I.fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws , etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and S.S .friction hinges (400x19x1.9mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 + or - 0.2mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.50 sqm) - casement door size 0.9 x 2.70.

9.84 Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564 , embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm) , with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

9.101.2 Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper , ISI marked , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc complete - Twin rubber stopper.

17.32.2 Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing - rectangular shape 453 x 357 mm.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

6.4.2 Code No: 6.4.2: Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

15.7.4 Demolishing brick work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.
