Taking down old energy meter of any watt or phase, segregate the seviceable and unserviceable meters and deposit to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable submain/service connection wiring any size and any description including conduits all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable and Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, LT under ground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

3.5 core 50 Sqmm NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

S & F for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volt grade with 06 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 25mm bore concealed in walls/ceiling/floors including 6 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Two runs of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one length only. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include for cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit and making good disturbed surfaces.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with sub class 'B' bricks, old size laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick 10mm with width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

Supply & Testing of Single Phase, two wire, Tamper proof Smart Prepaid meter System WAN Communication based with tamper proof Box, AC Single Phase Two Wire 240VAC, 50 Hz, current rating 5 -60A having accuracy class 1.0, conforming to relevant Indian Standards like IS- 13779, IS-15884, IS-16444, IS-15959 or relevant IEC standards with dual mode (Credit/Prepay) support. Smart Prepaid Energy meter must have following:- (a) Capacitive touch /Push Button keypad in meter, Calibration LED & Load controlling feature & provisions for TOD (Time of Day) tariff & R.T.C. (Real Time Clock) In a suitable tamper proof Box. (b) Additional Bluetooth features must be enabled in meter for manually & remote vending Token transfer and ABC (Authenticated Billing code) reading collection through remotely (Mobile app suitable for Android / iOS / Windows phone). (c) Provided mobile app should have a provision of Offline & Online Vending token process. (d) SMS Facility for providing the vending token to consumer mobile number provision should be there. (e) All Prepaid meters should be provided with integrated cloud system for Smart prepaid energy meter. Warranty:- 10Years from date of Supply with no Quibble. Model & Make : Model No. Liberty of Make Secure Meters or equivalent model of Makes listed in List of Makes.

Installation, testing and commissioning of above single phase Smart prepayment energy meter with box in replacement of existing energy meter. Correct and reliable installation of above supplied metering system by skilled technical staff such that no faults in metering system due to poor installation. Training of end user on new metering system and working with consumer & Installer mobile app. Initial reading data capturing during installation and providing the same to MES personnel's for further record keeping and accounting. SLA driven installation and commissioning work of the metering system complete all as specified and directed.

Hosting and Configuration of the Web based Software, Website setup, User Credential Creation with following modules & services along with live Demos. For access in above system OTP features must be required either by APP or registered mobile number for login the Web System through Admin/Supervisor Manager & BSO/Cashier. The supplied Web/Vending Software must be configured in 2nos or more of MES PC which will be given at the time of Commission. (i) Consumer and Meter Management Module The Consumer and meter management module would be responsible for creating and managing the consumer information. System should be capable to add/remove the consumers triggered through transfers/service completion of the employees. The module shall be capable of supporting following applications a. Consumer attributes update triggered through authenticated channel b. Replacement and updation of the defective meters c. Sanctioned load/demand update on requests through authenticated channel d. Record keeping of the meters

Serial item No 12.00 Contd.... (ii) Tariff management module The Tariff management module shall be capable of keeping up the latest tariffs consumer category wise. It will also be able to manage the revisions in existing tariffs against the government orders. System should be capable to define and manage the tariffs for both mains and auxiliary supplies. The module shall also be capable to add/update the existing tariff category and respective tariffs. (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module - The system should be capable of support the occupation and vacation of the officers as well as of other private consumers in the system. (iv) Consumer App - The occupant officers / customers should be able to view energy data and billing data on mobile application android and IOS apps. (v) Communication - Email and SMS communication to users and consumers (vi) User Administration (vi) MES User Training (vii) Website setup (vii) Capable to connect any number of metering points in the setup (capable to enhance for future expansion) Note: The consolidated rate for Srl No. 12.00 & 12.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 12.00 of BOQ.

M&L for charges for comprehensive vending transaction which include for issue of token in prepaid mode via SMS or App facility, 24x7 customer support in Toll Free number, reconfiguration of software in replaced meters for each supplied meters on yearly basis to be paid in advance for two years complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit necessary supporting documents from OEM before taking any payment from department.
