Fabrication and Maintenance of TRP Training Hall

Providing of existing False ceiling to proper level by providing, supplying and fixing suppports by means of supports L, T and 4 mm GI ord from from slab/roof/truss/purlins, etc. to false ceiling main TEE supports. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 mm centre to centre including extraC8:C12 supports where necessary, removing and refixing of existing false ceiling boards/tiles/seats and false ceiling if required. Measurement shall be as per actual area of false ceiling without deduction of lights, complete all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors with 6mm clear float glass and with extruded builtup standard tubular sections andwith extruded builtup standard tubular sections/Z sections and others sections of approve make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with Rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hole fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom,and sides with required PVC/Neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free,straightmetered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap bidding for glazing, C.P. Brass stainless steel screws all comlete as per drawing and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacturer. For doors including cost of cutting floor as required, embedding in floor and cover plate with MS pivot and single piece of M.S.sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Suuplying, laying and fixinhg in position of nylon floor carpet 4mm thick, of approved colour and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing high quality water resistant, fire retardant, 100% washable, scratch resistant, wall papers made from vinyl (PVF) coated with plastic suitable for periodic sponge washing, shall have property of thermal insulation and energy saver on wall using quick set adhesive, including preparation of sueface, cleaning completed with 2 years warranty as per directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing, wall painting with one coat on old work flat oil paint of approved make to give an even shade including preparation of surface, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing of display board with 4 mm thickness of transparent UV Perspex sheet including ss studs and necessary fitting all included.

Supply and installation of approved colour sun contro; film as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixing of roller blinds of approved colour, including all necessary fittings and accessories.
