M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc. 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen with bituminous primer at 5 Kg/10 Sqm on black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in Computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of Self Propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only at the rate of Rs 32.00 per Kg of grade VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid with 4% (min.) binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new/old previously untreated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paint and making of guide lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 1.0 to 1.50 mm thick, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required, using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads, pavements and the like of any description and any width all as per MORTH clause 803.4 and BS 6088 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S&F in repair speed bump (speed breaker) made of heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear property, US stabilized black and yellow coloured, high reflective reflector having length 500mm width, 400 mm and height 75 mm coloured fixed on ground with necessary bolts as recommended by manufacturer and filled with PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on hollow space of speed bump complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in , path/hardstanding/subbase etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded glossy finished Chequered cement concrete tiles with white cement and pigment 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006(latest revised) of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for factory made precast PCC kerb stone of size 30cmx15cmx30cm or 30cmx15cmx45cm manufactured by M-30 grade of concrete fixed on 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, jointed with cement mortar (1:4) including necessary excavation ,returning filling,1mm thick wall care putty ,2 coats of exterior emulsion over a coat of primer of existing kerb stone complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item no. 14 here-in-before except interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair convex mirror 100cm of polycarbonate material on road junction and corners with adjustable brackets including excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and necessary cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stainless Steel 304 series board of size 5'x3' written both side . Board Frame made of SS 304 series 16 gauge 25mm wide. The board shall be sheathed with 5mm thick ACP Sheet with reflective tape of blue color high intensity plastic (HIP) 3M on both side , letter shall be written in white color the size is 4" ht, as approved by Engr-in-Charge including necessary vertical SS post 304 series 50mm dia height of 7.5 ft and top mouth closed with SS cap including excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and necessary Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted concrete surfaces/brick surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulders masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size brick, sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc including raking out joints , hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debries outside MoD land.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping/ roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs and similar work of fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and blinding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for providing precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) louvers and jallies 35.00 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed.
