Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, with excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

NOTES (a) RMU Tank shall be IAC AFL 20kA/1s tested to ensure utmost operator safety. Test report (from an STL member Lab) shall be submitted along with drawings of the RMUs. In case the test report is not found suitable, the RMU shall stand liable to be rejected. (b) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. (c) Additional items like Operating handle etc. shall be delivered with the RMU (d) RMU tank shall be of 304 grade, Non-magnetic, Non-ferrite Stainless Steel. Inferior Grade of Steel shall not be acceptable. (e) RMU shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of trouble shooting at site and quick repair and restoration at site. (f) Bus bar to be copper material. (g) Insulation of bus bar to be epoxy or PVC Sleeved insulation to be provided. (h) The Quoted rate for RMU shall be inclusive of making Platform as per OEM instructions, made with bricks and necessary PCC at Bottom and Top and plastering complete all as directed. (j) Metering Module including power pack/battery with battery charging unit.

Dismantling/Taking down carefully existing old HT cable of any size complete all as specified.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 25 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving Contract Sum for Acceptance.
