Demolition of Cement Concrete (Reinforced) and RCC jallies of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (inlcuding reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rough cast over and including rendering of 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound on fair face of brick or concrete surface as in Cement Mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed. (The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate, coarse sand & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over rendering coat.) Note : Water proofing compound shall be paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Preparation of newly rough cast plastered surfaces and priming with one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint over newly rough cast primed surface complete all as specified & directed. Note : Primer shall be paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound(WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block etc including weathering, slightly rounded and chamfered angle including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore in any length laid in trenches, in floors or below brick work (for making weep holes) in existing brick work and making good by using necessary concrete / cement work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets and round bars with hooks at ends (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Broken glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish material to a distance not less than 100 mtr from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of 20-25 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken brick of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 6,810.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 17 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
