Providing and erecting of Cantilever gantry Signage as per MORTH Clause of Road Signs - 802.3 & 802.7 over the design support system {300mm dia MS pipe of minimum 6mtr long (or as per MORTH specification) with base plate, Top plate, Stiffner, foundation nut bolt} of M.S. Square pipe as trusses as per structural design requirement and approved plans, placing in position by Mechanical means including necessary excavation for foundations concreting/ MS reinforcement / revetting, etc necessary for fixing of the board and fixing of sign board made of Type- XI super high efficiency pasted on 4mm thick aluminum composite metal sheet confirming to ASTM D4956 over which alphabets and numerals are to be leser printed in sophisticated latest machine (Cost of the signage will be paid extra) & cost conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading and unloading charges necessary for successful completion of the work as per specification, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of informatory retro reflective signboards using super high efficiency, TYPE XI sheeting as per IRC 67-2012 Code with white color bonded on to 4mm Aluminium Composite metal confirming to ASTM D4956 over which alphabets and numerals are to be plotter cutted. The board shall be provided with frame made out of Stainless Steel pipes of 304 grade including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc Complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer -in- Charge. The colour combination of the signages will be Brown back ground with white letters. (Stainless steel Pipe frame will be paid extra)

Required Stainless Steel Frame of 80mm made out of 304 grade steel pipes including cost, fabrication, transportation complete as per specification & direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:1.5:3) in foundation and floors using Portland Slag Cement(PSC) with 12 mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
