Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound incl taking down existing plaster complete all as specifed and as directed. NOTE: (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down existing plaster complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete incl taking down existing plaster complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, apply rust remover over the cleaned re-barsurface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-barsurfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scafolding for carrying out the work upto height of 12m (Appx) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (The welded steel wire fabric and MS will be measured and paid separately).

Supply & fixing Welded steel wire fabric cut to length. Fixed to steel members/ reinforecement steel, weigh per Sqm n exc 4 Kg. complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- (This item will be executed when specially ordered by Engr-in- Charge).
