Construction of 50 bedded hospital building at Pehalgam (STP System SITC of 30KLD Capacity STP along with Pipe networking and civil works)

(A) CIVIL WORKS 1. Modular type construction works including foundation, excavation and other Civil works for Modular Structure for 30 KLD STP (20 KLD STP + 10 KLD ETP)- CETP as per design vetted by NIT/IIT / Central University / Central Govt. Institution in MS FRP or S.S. 304 including all Foundations, Tanks, chambers, Canopies and other civil works as per for as per Design. 2. Control Room /Operator’s Room cum chemical storage room: Design and construction of 4m x 3m prefabricated Control/Operating quarter with RCC foundation, featuring a dedicated area with transparent partitions for control panels,Ensure compliance with CPWD/JKPWD guidelines for dimensions, materials, electrical fittings, plumbing, and safety norms, as well as JK PWD building codes and regulations. Install LED panel lights or tube lights for optimal illumination, ceiling-mounted fans for air circulation, and strategically positioned windows for natural light and cross-ventilation with rock wool and insultation and cement boards. 3. Piping from the Hospital to the Plant and for discharge of Treated water: Design and construction of CETP line from the Hospital to the CETP (30 metres approx ) and the line from CETP to the nearest Water body - Lidder Nallah (70 metres approx) including all excavation, Thrust Blocks with all Manholes and Break water chambers. (B) ELECTRO-MECHANICAL WORKS 1. All Electro-Mechanical works required for 30 KLD STP (20 KLD STP + 10 KLD ETP)- CETP as per design vetted by NIT/IIT/ Central University / Central Govt. Institution like pumps, dosing system, Blowers,Filters, Media (if required), Heating provision (If required) Centralized Electrical Power, Servo Stablisers and Control panel fully pre/site wired Earthing , Temperature and pressure guages and with all power and control cables to all pumps and equipment including all instrumentation, water level controllers and other controls. 2. Testing: Complete testing of the equipment /complete STP/CETP at site and testing of quality of treated water as per design parameters from NABL/PCB approved testing Lab after trial run. NOTE: Please Refer to detailed technical specifications and scope of work before quoting the rates.

Operation and Maintenance: Operation and maintenance of the plant for Two years during the defect liability period. The scope of the work includes the cost on account of: I.Wages of operators- Manpower on a 24-hour basis along with a visit of the supervisor as and when required. II. Supply of all consumables required for operation and maintenance of plant at rated capacity and all kinds of servicing/repairs and replacement of spare parts free of cost with due approval Engineer in Incharge. III. Routine cleaning of plant and disposing of sludge at specified locations IV. Sludge disposal to the nearest dump yard is in the bidder's scope. V. Quality testing of outlet sample every 3 months from NABL accredited Lab.
