Earth work for levelling in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 23 & 24 VI (S2) VII.9,10

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, one an fine aggregates and three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm etc. complete complying with standard specification .

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM )in 150mm thickness in two layers of each layer of 75mm specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered rammed and con-solidated etc., complying with standard specifications

Supplying and laying Precast designer paver blocks confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 specifications manufacturing and laying standards of M50 Grade 83mm thick ((Table I clauses 5 and 9.1.4 ) suitable for bus terminals,Industrial complexus,roads on expansive soils etc...) including the cost of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block 83mm with Stone Dust 150mm Consolidated thick thick and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule ,cost of loading and unloading handling during conveyance , laying the paver blocks over a sand bed of 150mm thick ( excluding the cost of sand ) ,conveyance of Vibrator machine, conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and paver block cutters and labour charges for vibrator and paver block cutter operators and Labour for levelling the sand to the required alignment and paving the paver blocks etc complete to IS 15658 - 2006 specification.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.0 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with primer using 5.00 kgs of bituminous binder for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 45.27kg of VG30/VG40 bitumen and 5.03kgs of Plastic waste for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory /Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.
