M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI pipe including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTES: 1) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 chamber, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover 50mm thick reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. Page Nos. 451 & 452 of SSR Part-II. 2) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core x 400 sq.mm. (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, wall etc.) including proper arrangment to fix in cable ducts complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge. Note: Rate of under ground cable excludes earth Work, sand cushioning, brick or PCC covering, light Grade GI tubing where necessary,testing etc.

Supply and Fixing of Outdoor LT Main Panel of required size with following specifications. Design: Compartmentalized, non-draw out type, single front and floor mounted. Fabrication Details : a) Load bearing members: CPRI approved 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet b) Non-load bearing members- partition sheets / covers / doors of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet, gland plates 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with short circuit level - 50 kA for 1 sec & degree of protection IP 52 and locking arrangements. Bus bar details :Material shall be alluminum bus bar, current density 0.8A/Sqmm, colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeves for each set of busbars. Painting Details :Panel shall be powder coated and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of redoxide primer & Powder coated paintings will be done after seven tank processes. inside & ouside - Siemens Grey RAL-7032. Control wiring 1.5 sqmm copper flexible wire for voltage circuit & 2.5 sqmm copper flexible for CT circuit. Power wiring - Aluminium bus/ copper wire.

(B) Outgoing: (i) ACB 800A ,4P,MDO,50KA,M/P BASED LSIG RELEASE - 01 No (For Auxiliary Machine Shop) (ii) MCCB 630A ,4P,MDO,50KA,M/P BASED LSIG RELEASE - 01 No (spare) (iii) Indication lamps & MCB's of required size Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be includes cost of ACBs, Multifunction meter, Indiction lamps, and connected wiring with necessary spreader links, lugs,glands and connecting of cables complete all as specified as per site conditions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exv 1.5 M deep in soft/loose soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50M and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous road cutting / Footpath to a width of 60cm and depth 90cm for laying of LT cable and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type B1(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) complete all as specfied and directed

supply & lay GI Pipe 100 mm medium grade in the trench crossings/obstructions for cable protection, including cutting of existing road and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified & directed.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 2mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe of size 120 mm(OD) x 103mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/ HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. Make : Rex poly extrusion Ltd/ Tirupati plastomatics Pvt Ltd.

M&L for manual 4 wheel DG set moving trolley for mounting of 35 KVA DG set and used for shifting/ moving the DG set from one location to another location using vehicle complete all as specified and directed.
