Providing and fixing ceramic Glazed floor tiles 300×300mm thickness to be specified by manufacture of 1st Quality conforming to ISI 13756 of NITCO, Orient Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make in colour such is white Lvory Grey laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 mix (1 cement; 4 course sand) including painting the joint with while cement and making pigment etc. complete.
