Raising of 40000 poly bagged saplings with artificial source of irrigation in the nursery in polythene bags of size (9”x6”) conforming to product code PB 60/90 with artificial source of irrigation in the nursery. The operation includes cost of all components such as polybag, pesticide & well rotten FYM to be used with good earth in the ratio of 2:3 at Mathura Chak Nursery of Social Forestry Range Hiranagar Social Forestry Division Kathua for the year 2024-25 under CAPEX
