Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil (Ordinary, hard soil & stoney earth soil ) for foundation trenches within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and beaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth and as per specification approved by the department..Complete in all respect and as per direction of the engineer in charge

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the engineer in charge

Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete (PCC ) of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and ,es of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & laying R.C.C. work of Grade- M 30 in following works using 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry in specified proportion including centering & shuttering,hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharege but excluding the cost and conveyance of HYSD rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Supplying, fitting and placing Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position HYSD and binding all complete. lifting and placing in position as per design complete including cost of bars , binding wires , including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading,, royalties, sundries, tools and plants, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of 450mm diameter and specified length below pile cap in M-30 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified including the cost of steel reinforcement ,concrete, cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. Supplying & spreading 200mm thik layer by 40mm size metal including all charges, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing 100mm thik RCC M30 grade precast cover of size 600x 1100mm including all charges, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying moorum Sub-base in layers using approved quality moorum and sand admixture at 70:30 by volume or as per test result so as to have Pl value not more than 6 and CBR value not less than 20 collected from approved quarry including laying and spreading the mixture in uniform layers watering and compacting with PRR at OMC including cost,conveyance,taxes,royalties of all materials,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P, all labour etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
