Replacement of damaged / wornout parts of 10000 GPH x 10-13 meter head submersible pump set at pumping station Hansa Bhugtrain stage-0. The job involves extraction of pump set from the Nallah by decoupling and extraction of the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley. Carriage of damaged pump motor set to the roadside and loading in the vehicle and then shifting to workshop. Dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Providing and fitting by way of replacement of damaged shaft with new, making of key way alongwith replacement of impeller 1 no. Providing / fitting of new bush, thrust pad, bolts etc. Rewinding of damaged 7.5 HP motor alongwith fabrication and fitting sleeves. Testing of pump and motor at workshop and shifting back to site of installation. Job also includes providing, fabrication and fitting of flanges, nuts and bolts and welding work. Lowering the pump set in Nallah by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one, making electric connections and testing on load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage charges. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Replacement of damaged / wornout parts of 6000 GPH x 300 meter head HC pump set of unit no.1 installed at pumping station Pinger stage-0 (New). The job involves unfastening of pump and motor from base frame, suction and delivery, decoupling of pump from motor. Carriage of damaged pump set to road side through tough hilly terrain of approx 3 kms by head load and then shifting the same to workshop by mechanical transport. Job includes dismantling the pump followed by replacement of damaged shaft by way of extraction of damaged shaft and fabrication, providing, and fitting of new shaft with turning and finishing to the original bearing size alongwith making of key ways thereafter assembling of the pump. Providing and fitting of bearing no. N204 at NDE and N205 at DE alongwith new coupling pulley set in lieu of wornout / damaged set. Assembling the unit and shifting of pump set from workshop to road side by mechanical transport and then to station by manual carriage, coupling of pump with the motor and making proper leveling and alignment. Testing the pump-motor set on no load and then on full. Complete job includes cost of material labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro manual carriage charges between road side and pumping station etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
