Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:7:12 type F2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor mass filling with using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in filling back side of pressed steel door frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, steps, bed, blocks etc. including use and waste of formwork as necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and jacketing works complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for gunniting to RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by removing/dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg/sqcm and applying 25mm thick gunniting in cement mortar 1:2 (one part of cement and two part of sand) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbed. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars are to be incorporated in work including cement plaster in CM(1:4). (NOTE: Additional reinforced TMT bars and cement plaster shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sche 'A'/ BOQ) (iii) Work to be carried out in patches as directed. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material shall be removed outside MOD land.

Material and labour for providing and applying corrosion resistance non-shrink free flow, cementitious one component Micro-concrete with average thickness 75mm having compressive strength (BS 4551-80-60) 50 MPA at 28 days, Tensile strength (ASTM C 348)-2.0 N/mm2 @ 28 days, Flexural strength (ASTM C 348)-9 MPa epoxy bonding agent TM bond EP thermax having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr, compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881)- 11 N/mm2 at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 hrs at 30°C pouring of micro concrete into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device and removing the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate etc including all tools and plants complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Cost of formwork shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Through out drill hole in slab over coloum, 25 mm dia in slab upto column depth as required (6 hole in each slab) complete all as specified and directed.

Making 6 non skid grout hole 25 mm dia in each slab complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only admixture like ViscoCrete 2004 NS of SIKA or equivalent chemical of other makes specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specification (dossage as per mix design) for achieving the workability for self compacting concrete (to be measured & paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg/sqm and binding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting chases n. exc 10 cm girth in brick wall and making good in cement mortar 1:3 for embedding of AC sheet in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK

Material and labour for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides of soffits (if any ) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for flat rough finished concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work to sides of rectangular pillars, posts, columns etc. for flat rough finished concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for form work to edges of concrete flats not exceeding 10cm wide for flat rough finished concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc.for flat rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

JOINERY WORK

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick glazed skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density wood particle board with commercial face veneers and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter confirming to criteria of testing as per IS:4020, consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness & size 19x19mm for stiles and 15x15mm for top and bottom rails MS frames shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC `C' channel of size 30x50mm forming styles and 5mm thick 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mmx2) thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of 5 mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rail with 30 mm wide x 5 mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement, adhesive and an additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be struck on the interior side of 'C' channel using PVC solvent adhesive complete as per manufacturers specifications and drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube fixed in opening as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

BUILDER'S HARDWARE WORK

Supply and fixing mild steel barrel tower bolt, stove enamelled black 150 mm long with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 300 mm long mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 16 mm dia with and inculding a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100 mm long fixed with screws or welded where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing butt hinge size of 100mm, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-22 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 125 mm long mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long aluminium handles cast type anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs brass chromium plated tubular towel rail 20 mm dia D type, 60 cm long between flanges complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel kitchen plate rack overall size 24" x30" with sheet thickness not less than 1mm complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ERW or induction butt welded mild steel square/circular tube mild steel pipe etc. fixed with fastener conforming to IS 1161 grade Yst 240, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including one shop coat painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, diet etc complete and providing applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer sika rust off 100 or equilent with a coverage of 350 gm/sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and forma corroson resistant, insoluable and adherant protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of one hour between the coats as in columns complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000 (ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under item No. 38 (iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding

Material and labour for preparation of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak/loose concrete/cover of reinforcement and removal of debries to a designated location (upto full height) block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaning them in position till required complete all specified and direcetd.

ROOF COVERING WORK

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and all joints to be sealed by silicone sealant complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for priming surfaces and applying roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster,cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the same to the places complete all as specified and as directed.

FLOOR FINISHES WORK

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 30 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed Note- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor/roof using water proofing compound including finshing cement concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per Square Metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.18 Square Metre in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles as in floor over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

PLASTERING AND POINTING WORK

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 with using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately

WATER SUPPLY, PLUMBING AND SANITARY APPLIANCES WORK

Material and labour for GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade ISI marked, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Swivel shower of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15mm pipe (Minimum weight 40gms) including shower arms 15 mm size 195 mm long with bend complete all as specified and as directed.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Material and labour for point wiring (surface) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable drawn through in and including non metallic heavy grade rigid PVC conduit with accessories, ISI marked, 20 mm dia including all accessories,on surface of walls/floors/ceilings etc with and including suitable modular boxes concealead in wall( including cutting/ chasing of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall), modular switch plates with frame and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, multi stranded copper cable single core for earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly for One light /fan /Ex fan point controlled by one modular switch complete all as per IS specification as specified and as directed.
