Supply, intastallation, testing & commissioning of 125 KVA Capacity radiator cooled DG Set with suitable capacity engine directly coupled with alternator for 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire, generation system complete with accessories, fuel oil tank & control panel etc as required and sound proof acquastic enclosure for the DG SET, including supply, fixing of antivibration pads suitable for 125 KVA DG Set as per standards of Engine manufacture, provision of conrol cable from engine to control panel to engine. Provision of pipe fuel pipe line of suitable size fron fuel tank to engine and over flow pipe engine to fuel tank complete gate valve and fitting leader maker etc. Supply , Intallation of starting batteries of suitable AH as recommended by manufacterer Heavy duty complete as required at site complete with stand and battery charger residentials sylencer sutaible for diesel engine exhaust pipe line complete complete flange, bend, flexible pipe all as required and as directed by engineer incharge.

ALTERNATOR Rated at 125 KVA, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 0.8 P.F (lag), 50HZ, 1500 RPM, IN Accordance with IS 4722 as per following Specification Rating: Suitable for an over-load of 10% for 1 hour in every 12 hours operation. Voltage Regulation: Provided with fast response thyristor type electronic automatic voltage regulator, which holds output voltage within desired limits . (+/- 1%). Excitation: Self excited-self regulated. Alternator Loading: Suitable for taking rated load immediately after machine reaches rated voltage and speed. Vibration: Suitable for direct coupling with Engine and mounted on common M.S. Channel base frame. Enclosure: Screen protected drip proof enclosure with IP – 23 degree of protection. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GI Electrode Earthing with 50mm dia and 3 meter length, with 3mm thick the electrode should be hot-dip galvinised. The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Materila (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with BEE MOIST compound to provide maximum contact betwen the electrode and compound should be eco-friendly and having ROHS certification GI Electrode Earthing should be maintinance free and does not require regular manual addition of water GI Electrode shall be tested from CPRI. The earthing pit should be covered with PVC cover.

Providing and laying of 25 x 5 mm G.I strip from G.I rod upto the main panel.
