M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 (here-in-before) but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of any discpription and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint APEX of Dark Shade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparartion of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surface of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion distemper on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops , dirts and splashes etc.complete all as spcified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel including cleaning, stopping and rubbibg down and removing all drops , dirts and splashes etc.complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls ,ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on ceiling, finished surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening prepartory to distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering dubbing coat over irregular surfaces of chajjas roof projections/ceiling/facia etc average 15mm thick in CM (1:4) over cement slurry coat @ 3Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) furnished even & smooth including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for form work if required to be included in the quoted rate by the contrator.

M&L for applying a coat of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat coment slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to the match tiles on vertical surface over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.
