Renovation & strengthening of 33KV feeder from 33/11KV Numaligarh S/S to 33/11KV Khumtai S/S under Golaghat Electrical. Circle, UAR, APDCL on “Turnkey” mode under “Corporate Expenses: R&M: Safety Measures/ Line Maintenance, 2017-18” (refer Annexure-1) : Itemwise price should be filled in strictly as per the detailed Bill of Quantities at respective referred Annexure.

Description of Work / Item(s)

Supply & erection of G I Tubular pole SP-76 perpendicular to ground level including excavation of earth pit having depth 1/6 in the length of pole and a cross section of 1.25 Mtr. X 1.25 Mtr with grouting & muffle ring of pole having 80 mm thick and for a height of 0.8 M with C. C. foundation in proportion 1:2:4 including supply of cement, sand,stone,shuttering ,labour complete as per TS

Supply & erection of 9.75 M P.S.C. pole perpendicular to ground level including excavation of earth pit having depth 1/6 in the length of pole and a cross section of 0.75 Mtr. X 0.65 Mtr with boulder packing and supply of required materials ,labor complete as per TS

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of GI Channel X- Arm (100x50x6x3.2m) on DP/TP/ 4-pole structure with necessary GI pole clamp , Nuts &Bolts , drilling of holes, etc for 33kV line as per direction and TS

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of GI Angle (50x50x6mm) for Cross bracing on pole structure for 33kV line with necessary GI pole clamps including Nuts & Bolts, Clamps, drilling of holes etc with fitting of GI wire 6 SWG for guarding as per direction and TS

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of 33 kV composite Polymeric Disc Insulator 70KN as per direction and TS

Supply, fitting & fixing of H/W fittings for disc insulator tension type as per direction & TS

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of 33KV composite Polymeric Pin Insulator as per direction and TS

Supply & Stringing of AAA “ Raccoon” Conductor with permissible sag, tensioning with tension clamp, bindings, jumpering with PG clamps, jointing sleeves etc in 33kV line including jungle cutting wherever necessary and as per direction

Supply fitting & fixing of 33 KV G I “V” cross arm with GI top cleat on pole with proper clamp and nuts & bolts as per TS

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of HT Stay Set complete with digging of earth including grouting of stay set along with Stay Wire 7/10 SWG & HT guy insulator fittings as per direction and TS

Supply, fitting, &fixing G. I. wire, 8/6 SWG for cradle guarding, fitting with G I angle for guard (75x40x6 MM) with associated material as per direction and TS.

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of G I Earth Pipe 1.8 mtr long by digging of pit as per direction with necessary connection with Nuts & Bolts ,GI Wire 6/8 SWG for Pole earthing/ guard earthing etc as per TS
