M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete in foundation of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, cornices , concrete coping etc on brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class-"B" Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished with 5 mm thick plaster, both coats to be mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on new surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.
