Preparation of surface by removing of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish of best quality to bring the surface to require glossy finish and obtained all as specified and as direcred by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the old u/s top of computer work station and supply & fixing the new top made out of 25 mm MDF board exterior grade and providing PVC edging all round the Computr work station and fixing the same on work station in its original position as per drawing.

Preparation of surface of work station by removing of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish of best quality to bring the surface to require glossy finish and obtained all as specified and as direcred by Engr-in-Charge.

Public Seating for 3 Seater (Trade pattern)

Removing the worn out u/s cleats and supply and fixing for the new cleats made out of flat iron 25x3x40mm duly welded in seat back frame as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the worn out u/s seat and supply and fixing for the new one of existing size made out of 1st class teak wood12 mm duly round holes in the seats all around as shown in drg. Wooden frame should be finished with polish and fixed in its original position with required screws.

Wooden frame should be finished with black polish and fix in its original position with required screw

All as per Srl No 19.02 above but for back frame.

Removing the worn out u/s handle made out of second class hardwood well seasoned and providing/fixing of exisiting size and shape with required screw after finish with black polish.

CHAIR CB TUBULAR STEEL WITHOUT ARM (FD-75(M))

Removing the worn out u/s cleats and S&F for the new cleats made out of flat iron 25x3x40mm duly welded in seat frame as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the worn out u/s seat frame and S&F for the new one of existing size made out of 1st class teak wood duly re-caning with new plastic cane 2mm thick oval shape for general weaving and 4mm thick plastic cane for beading all around as show in drg. Wooden frame should be finished with black polish and fix in its original position with required screw

Almirah Steel Large (Drg No FD-1031)

Taking out of broken door shutter and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges(02 Nos) of existing size duly welded as required including denting and painting the shutter matching the existing paint as shown in drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the worn out u/s leg and S&F for the new leg made out of PBI sheet 20 gauge in its original position duly welded as required including painting the legs matching the existing paint as shown in drg.

Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and S&F for with new lock 6 lever with duplicate key ISI marked (Make:Godrej) of round shape and MS key plate as approved by GE duly fixed as shown in drawing.

Taking out of loose shelves of almirah and re-fixing the same in its original position with new MS cleat as shown in drg.

Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and supply & fixing the new 3 way locking device in its original position as shown in drg.

Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah and S&F for the new handle chromium plated best quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and supplying the new shelf of existing size and shape made out of PBI sheet 20 gauge.
