Electrical Works at Korba Exploration Camp of CMPDI RI-V

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. i) 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing 6 WAY Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Double Pole in the existing MOB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 63A TPN disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of cubical type compartmentalized floor mounted control pannal with 3 ph Bus Bar 400A, volt meter (0-500V)with selector switch, Amp. meter (0-400 A) selector switch with CT ,indicator lamp (LED) selector switch , size 1100mm X 900mm x 300mm ,2 mm thick powder coated G.I. sheet for fixing of 3 Nos MCCB 400 A 50KA,300A 36KA & 200A36KA , 4 pole with complete wiring .

Supply of pvc insulated heavy duty power cable marked with Alu. Stranded /solid conductor ARMOURED 4 CORE 1.1KV, 10 sqmm as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.
