Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing, complete all as specified.

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified.

M&L Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild Steel as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) includingndistance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix II class HW plain solid straight Segmental work, worked from the solid and framed wrought framed rebated on the soild, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Solid HW any discription complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for the roof surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet incl removal of old damaged APP sheets and removing from MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including errection of double steel scaffolding, covering with green cloth and all the safety masures/ precautions and remove the debries outside MD land (as per directions of BMC) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed
