Supply and fixing of perforated cable trays with size 60mm (H) x 300mm (W) x3000mm(L) x 1.0mm (T) with horizontal & vertical bends, reducers, Tee's, Cross over, supports, brackets and other accessories as required confirming to IS/IEC-61537.The cable tray shall be galvanized for corrosion protection confirming to DIN EN 10346 / ISO 1461 .Cable trays are to be tested for Impact resistance test according to IEC 60068-2-75, Salt Spray test according to ISO 9227 as per IS/IEC 61537 test duration recommendation. The cable tray should not deflect more than 1/100th of the span length at SWL in Mid 39 span for cable and the transverse deflection of all mounting accessories at SWL shall not exceed 1/20th of the length and manufacturer has to submit load chart and manufacturer declaration according to EN 61537. The cable trays, wall bracket system, Slotted U support system and all related accessories & fasteners should be tested according to IS 1893 to meet out the seismic Zone V requirement .The respective support system elements should be factory fabricated, selection of support system elements & installed guidelines as per the manufacturer recommendation in order comply seismic zone V (IS 1893) and vibration forces during earth quake. The cable ladder shall be supplied in standard length of 3000 mm. The cable tray is to be fixed as per direction of Railway Engineer.
ODU IDU STRUCTURE: i) Supply & Installation of condenser outdoor frame structure made up of MSC Channel 40 of Size 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thickness for a height up to 600 mm for suitable dimension of outdoor units made of structural steel and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour same as that of condenser unit including necessary C/C foundation as per requirement at site
Supply of Refrigerant Gas of R410A charge to outdoor unit and connected pipes between outdoor unit and AHU as per site requirement.
Ducting: i)"GSS DUCTING" Design, Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round/Oval ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, 42 hangers, supports etc. as per approved shop drawings and spec. of following sheet thickness complete as required. (Breaking capacity of MCCB should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV).
Supply & fixing of maintenance free earthing arrangement with primary MS conductor 40mm dia 3000mm long and secondary MS Electrode 80mm dia 3000mm long including digging pit of size 5ftx5ftx10ft and using earth enhancement chemical compound minimum 75 kg.

Supply & fixing of indoor type floor/ wall mounted cubicle type main power panel suitable for 415v.50Hz AC supply made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet .The panel shall be CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2mm shall be used between all adjacent units & beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The panel shall have uniform height & depth and plugged with insulated &spring loaded thumb screws. The bus bar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of ratings not less than 500Amp. The panel shall be completely factory wired with insulated FRLSH copper wire & shall be ready for connection to be equipments. The panel shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable 50 entrance and exit of panel. Necessary spreader link is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. The entire earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1, dt. 30.09.2024 attached at annexure-A. The panel shall consists of the followings : Incomer i) 100A 4P 36KA MCCB with O/L, S/C, E/F Microprocessor Release with communicable by onboard Ethernet, integrated energy metering, Both side spreader link, Extended Rotary Handle. The MCCB should be selected for making communication, transmission of measurements, states and alarms from circuit-breaker to system, transmission of events to the system. Laying of Copper /Alluminium LT cable is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer (Cable will be procured through stores).
Supply & erection of HDPE pipe 63mm dia of pressure rating 6.0 kgf/ cm2 (PN -6.0) are to be laid along the 52 pole/ beam/brackets by 25x5 mm MS clamp with required nut, bolt/ washer and under the ground by digging trench of depth 1 mtr if necessary. Necessary compression socket and short radius compression bend has to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & erection of HDPE pipe 40mm dia of pressure rating 6.0 kgf/ cm2 (PN -6.0) are to be laid along the 53 pole/ beam/brackets by 25x5 mm MS clamp with required nut, bolt/ washer and under the ground by digging trench of depth 1 mtr if necessary. Necessary compression socket and short radius compression bend has to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Excavation of cable trench for laying of cable with necessary cable protection is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & laying of 185sqmm 3 core 11 KV grade AL conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with 55 copper tape (0.3kA for 1sec) extruded PVC inner sheathed, AL round wire armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable confirming to IS :7098 (part-II) 1985 with the latest amendments is to be laid as per direction of Railway Engineer. The entire cable work is to be executed as per instruction of site supervisor. (Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement, necessary lug and other petty items should be supplied by contractor for successful commissioning).
Supply & stringing of ACSR (RABIT) is to be stringed over pin and shackle insulator with necessary aluminum wire binding and jumpering. Jointing must not be done in mid span.

Supply & fixing of HT galvanized stay set comprising of 20 mm dia stay rod, anchor plate ,turn buckle , 70 thimble, MS stay clamp with nut bolt and washer ; 7/10 SWG GI stay wire ; stay insulator to be fixed with the pole at one end and with the rod at the other end. Supply & fixing of indoor type floor/ wall mounted cubicle type main power panel suitable for 415v.50Hz AC supply made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet .The panel shall be CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2mm shall be used between all adjacent units & beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The panel shall have uniform height & depth and plugged with insulated &spring loaded thumb screws. The bus bar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of ratings not less than 500Amp. The panel shall be completely factory wired with insulated FRLSH copper wire & shall be ready for connection to be equipments. The panel shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable 72 entrance and exit of panel. Necessary spreader link is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. The entire earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1, dt. 30.09.2024 attached at annexure-A. The panel shall consists of the followings : Incomer i) 100A 4P 36KA MCCB with O/L, S/C, E/F Microprocessor Release with communicable by onboard Ethernet, integrated energy metering, Both side spreader link, Extended Rotary Handle. The MCCB should be selected for making communication, transmission of measurements, states and alarms from circuit-breaker to system, transmission of events to the system. There should be LED indicating lamp for showing On, OFF, TRIP indication on the panel door etc.= 1 no. 100A 4P Contactor = 1no , A/M Selector Switch = 1 no , Start Stop Push Button = 2 no, R, Y, B, On, Off, Trip Indication Lamp = 6 no, 6A SP MCB = 4 no Outgoing = 32A 4P 36KA MCCB with O/L, S/C Thermal Mag Release with Extended Rotary Handle = 4 no, 32A 4P Contactor = 4 no , Start, Stop Push Button = 8 no , On, Off Indication Lamp = 8 no , 6A SP MCB = 8 no is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & erection of hot dip galvanized octagonal single header pole of thickness 3mm & height 6 mtr base plate dimension 225x225x12mm including foundation bolt of size 4 x 20mm dia, 700mm J bolts plus 10% templates with 73 cement plaster finish C.C foundation in ratio of 1:2:4 by mixture of cement, sand and 19 mm & down stone chips from 1metre below GL to 60 cm above the ground level. Provision of SP MCB & 4 way terminal to be fixed inside the groove covered with hinged type service door as per direction of Railway Engineer. Foundation of the pole is to done as per approved drawing of competent authority. Necessary connection & others is to be done by the contractor.
Supply & fixing of 30W LED street light with pressure die- cast housing along with prismatic polycarbonate diffuser and LEDs with secondary optics and ( IP : 65) protection is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Laying of Alluminium LT cable is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.(Cable will be procured through stores).
Supply & erection of HDPE pipe 75mm dia of pressure rating 6.0 kgf/ cm2 (PN -6.0) are to be laid along the 76 pole/ beam/brackets by 25x5 mm MS clamp with required nut, bolt/ washer and under the ground by digging trench of depth 1 mtr if necessary. Necessary compression socket and short radius compression bend has to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar box double door including Cu busbar (IP-66) is to be fixed on 48inchx36inchx48inch foundation. The CC foundation is to be done M-15 grade pain cement 81 concrete (Cement content considered @ 240kg/cum). The design and drawing of the foundation should be approved by the competent authority before the execution of the work . The feeder pillar shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Suitable spreader link should be provided with the protection switches of the feeder pillar. Adequate size of rubber grommet is to be provided for incoming & outgoing of cables . The feeder pillar comprising with : (a) 100A busbar = 1 set (b) MCCB 4 pole 100 A = 01 no.
Earthing complete with 50mm dia, 3.6mm thickness, B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length to be erected inside an earth pit is to be filled by alternate layers of salt (2) & charcoal (3) of width 50 cm each from the bottom and the rest by earth. The GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order 82 to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil resistivity is high, earth resistivity enhancing materials may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing materials may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be pre casted RCC. The entire earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1, dt. 30.09.2024 attached at annexure-A. The distance of earth electrode form building/other earthing system to be maintained by observing IE rules.
Dismantling of existing LT OH line, brackets, ACSR, brackets, insulators etc as per direction of Railway Engineer. Dismantled materials should be deposited to Railway Engineer without damaging with proper challan .
Supply & fixing of cable junction box/PVC loop box of 4way terminal (IP:65/66) for suitable entry of cable is to be fixed where necessary as per direction of Railway Engineer. (Necessary petty items required for successful commissioning to be supplied by contractor).
Installation, testing & commissioning of split type RAC 1.5 tan 5 star rated with all necessary petty items which is required for fixing of RAC is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer. (RAC will be procured through store).
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25A AC starter is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. Connection is to be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulate 4sqmm, 1100 volt grade 86 copper cable confirming to IS-694 through alkathene pipe of suitable size to be fixed inside wall by having final plastering with necessary coupler /elbow /Tee / 4way etc. The point to be terminated by modular type 25A AC starter on suitable size modular G.I.box& platinum white plate at one end and by 25A DP MCB on MCB Distribution Boards with 1sqmm single core IS : 694 multi stranded FRLSH copper wire as earth continuity at the other end as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & laying of 5/8' & 1/2" copper tube for refrigerant with kinifoam insulation (individual & overall) from indoor to outdoor & outdoor to indoor unit.
Supply & fixing of VTPN distribution board 4way (4+4+4) is to be commissioned as per direction of Railway Engineer. The switch is to be provided on suitable place being observing IE rules & other safety measures. Cable connection 88 to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable entrance and exit of distribution board where necessary. Necessary blanking plates is to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer.
