The bidder shall be a regular agency/firm/contractor, who have carried out similar nature of work in any Dam/ power utilities in Karnataka or any other states. As a proof bidder shall furnish at least one scanned copy of single work order and work done certificate of value not less than Rs. 7.11Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) issued by competent authority for the work carried out during any one year within last five financial years. If the tenderer is from any other state, license shall be endorsed by the competent authority of Karnataka.
The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 14.22 Lakhs during last any Two years in preceding 5 financial years and should furnish scanned copy of turnover certificate or profit & loss statement duly certified by Charted Accountant. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of financial year of tender invited.
The bidder has to compulsorily furnish the duly filled and signed declaration format enclosed as Declaration I to IV .
The intending bidder should have the ESI registration. In proof the bidder shall furnish scanned copy of registration certificate.
The intending bidder should have the Independent Provident Fund (PF) code. In proof the bidder shall furnish scanned copy of registration certificate.
